今日同朋友一齊去左屯門呢間隱世居酒屋,主打CP值高嘅餐廳,同一班朋友飲住酒食住日式料理,係一次好好嘅體驗。首先點左牛油果三文魚沙律同原味玉子燒做開胃菜,跟住叫左啲串燒類野食,有厚燒牛舌同燒雞皮。牛舌真材實料,燒得剛剛好唔會太乾又juicy。 雞皮燒到有啲焦脆,送酒一流😋另一樣幾驚喜嘅小食係芝麻雞翼同太子炸蝦卷,芝麻雞翼外皮酥脆,內裏多汁👍🏻炸蝦卷配埋個芝士醬汁剛剛好,就算俾啲飯包左喺入邊,都仲保持到個脆度。鹽燒三文魚頭原個上,調味剛剛好,唔會好死鹹,魚邊燒到脆脆地,加埋啲鹽好似食緊薯片咁。魚頭啲魚肉保持到嫩滑,不錯。刺身我地叫左帆立貝刺身同三文魚盛盒(有三文魚肉、厚切三文魚)。食完唔夠喉,再叫多個北海道刺身丼(有玉子、帆立貝、海膽、三文魚、海蝦刺身)。刺身質素好不錯,新鮮,以呢到既價錢黎講係物超所值啊!職員上菜速度快,服務態度良好👍🏻都係一個加分位!雖然位置未必最就腳,但一定會再返嚟幫襯👍🏻…Read More
