此間店用Ipad自助下單。由落單到食物送到面前,速度超快。首先點的是鯛魚,深海池魚,凡立貝。鯛魚的魚身厚,深海池魚的魚身厚之外,肉質亦結實,而凡立貝味道香甜。再來一客活鮑魚,口感爽口。叫了海膽蒸蛋。第一口先食蒸蛋,蛋味濃。第二口蒸蛋連同海膽放入口,一冷一熱,再加上海膽在口內溶化,鮮味大爆發。之後一口蒸蛋,一口蒸蛋+海膽,梅花間竹去食,不經不覺就ko了一碗鮮美的蒸蛋。食完海膽蒸蛋後,再繼續點壽司。今次點了火炙吞拿魚腩。火炙本身香口,加上吞拿魚腩的油脂重,兩樣拼湊一起令到件壽司美味升級十倍。季節墨魚。有墨魚既粘口感,但感覺比平時食開既墨魚有少少分別,較為清新d。生松葉蟹腳。第一次食生松葉蟹腳,雖然比熟的少了一份實在感,但反面感覺清新。蝶魚邊。入口柔軟,咬第一口有少少咸鮮味,再食開始油香味湧出,係每咬一口就湧出來,越食越油香,好特別。令人留下好深刻既感受。所以最後忍不住再encore一份,哈哈。間八。入口柔軟。最後試了紫蘇梅子手卷。看落以為是平平無奇的手卷?咁就大錯特錯了。紫蘇葉味濃,食得出是新鮮貨,配上酸酸的梅子,整件事是你估唔到的美味。…Read More

悠閒 舒適 享受的法式小店

趁阿女尚未出世,想同老公好好享受倒數的悠閒日子,決定要選間質素好、食物種類未試過、感覺舒適的店舖,最後選了位於灣仔的Odelice!此間法式小餐館,店內貼滿了法式既海報,落地玻璃的趟門,再加上外面自然光透進店內,未食已經令人感覺悠閒舒適。店員之一Kelvin非常細心,見本人是孕婦,便待其他食客離開後安排近門口的寬敞位置給我倆。由於Menu選擇眾多,Kelvin亦細心逐一介紹及推介適合我們的食物。最後我地選了English breakfast galette,crab cake benedict,Fresh Avocado Tartine。同時點了兩杯fresh juice。Fresh juice:我點的是orange,carrot and ginger。老公那杯是Pineapple,cucumber and apple。兩杯juice各有特色,orange,carrot and ginger香甜,而pineapple,cucumber and apple清新。他們非常新鮮不在話下,最重要是沒有所謂的"青草味",令人不禁一口接一口地喝。而喝了差不多半杯juice為味蕾提提神後,便開始迎接所點的食物。English breakfast galette: galette即是法式蕎麥餅,此食物聽就聽得多,食就倒是第一次。galette食落鹹香,口感軟得來比pancake煙靭,配上太陽蛋,水牛芝士,番茄,蘑姑及煙肉,味道非常豐富。不要以為看上去分量很少,其實都頗飽肚的。Crab cake benedict:新鮮熱辣既炸蟹餅,蟹肉豐富,外層酥脆,配上流心的蛋黃,非常惹味。Fresh Avocado Tartine:牛油果非常新鮮,香滑。最後我們點了兩款甜品作為今餐的句號。Crepe Suzette:因為想看火燄,所以點了此款火燄橙酒可麗餅,哈哈。見著店員在你面前淋上橙酒及點火,未食已經很興奮。滿足了視覺的享受,輪到享受味覺。可麗餅軟綿煙靭,加上橙酒後口感濕潤,味道香甜。Tiramisu:面層口感幼滑,配合中間浸透咖啡酒的lady finger,味道層次豐富,令人非常陶醉。此店無論環境、服務、及食物質素都十分好,值得一去再去。…Read More

終於到老公星期六短週唔使返工,決定去呢間想食好耐既串燒店享受一下悠閒下午。店內裝修走日式風格,牆上掛滿串燒食品名、清酒招紙、是日鮮魚介紹,裝飾獨特。而餐牌設計亦見心思,手繪很多日本style既公仔。見店員經常橫貫四周,對顧客要求迅速回應,值得一讚。今次星期六小店提供多款brunch選擇。而我倆食了兩款招牌串燒餐。飲品方面點了柑桔話梅蜜及蜂蜜檸檬柚子茶。柑桔話梅蜜及蜂蜜檸檬柚子茶:柚子茶香甜,再加上幾片新鮮檸檬,味道香甜清新。而話梅蜜酸甜開胃,令人回味。招牌串燒拼盤A: 此拼盤以肉類為主,有黑豚六花腩、雞翼、牛仔骨,並配以紫薯蓉及沙律菜。牛仔骨不俗。雞翼以黑椒調味,配合燒至香脆既表面,十分香口。而由於原隻燒的原因,咬下去仍有肉汁流出,令人回味。最出色的是黑豚六花腩,此六花腩上台時燒至乾身,表面鋪滿調味料。咬下去豬味非常濃郁,而由於燒得乾身,食落有油脂香味但不會感到油膩,令人讚嘆驚喜。配菜方面的紫薯蓉香甜健康又飽肚。招牌串燒拼盤B: 除了煙肉外,此拼盤B以素菜為主。有煙肉荔枝卷、脆皮豆腐、日本蕃薯仔、露荀,配菜與拼盤A一樣。鹹香既煙肉配清甜荔枝很特別,脆皮豆腐配上醬汁及木魚,味道不太濃岩岩好,蕃薯仔一口一件,香甜糯香,燒露荀非常清甜又爽口。整體感覺很健康。…Read More

呢間小店地點方便,由K11商場行去只需幾分鐘。店內乾淨企理,木式裝修感覺舒服。所有串燒即點即燒,適合與好友坐底一路慢慢食即燒串燒一路把酒談話。今次與好友點了白鱔、免治雞肉、大蔥雞肉、雞翼、牛舌、A4和牛、黑松露金菇牛肉卷、鹽燒豚肉、芝士年糕豬肉卷、露筍豬肉卷、明太子飯團、茄子、准山,另外點了當日廚師推介的炭燒雞卷。白鱔:一上台見到白鱔燒至外皮香脆,咬下去魚油豐富,令人口味。牛舌:一串有三件,而且是厚切,正。咬下去有口感、舌心仍然柔軟不韌。日本A4和牛:咬下去肉質柔軟、油脂豐富、油香撲鼻。完全是A4和牛應有既特質。黑松露金菇牛肉卷:上台時已經見到非常飽滿、而且表面燒至焦香,忍不住一口咬下去。牛肉卷焦香而帶醬汁既甜味,入面金菇多汁,再配合黑松露醬的獨特香味、簡直美味極佳。免治雞肉:此串燒一定要配合醬汁與新鮮蛋黃,混合一起食真的美味無比。大蔥雞肉:大蔥香甜,雞肉香口。鹽燒豚肉:此豚肉油脂豐滿,肉質爽有彈性。適合喜愛油花的朋友。芝士年糕豬肉卷、露筍豬肉卷:兩款豬肉卷各有特色。芝士年糕豬肉卷香糯,而露荀豬肉卷爽甜有口感。茄子:茄子表面介花,使醬汁容易吸收。咬下去茄子仍然保持爽身口感,不錯。淮山:第一次食燒淮山,燒至金黃色的淮山賣相不俗,咬下去仍保持爽口而帶少少淮山應有的黏口。明太子飯團:飯團燒至表面金黃,賣相極佳。飯團食落焦香,入面香軟又平均沾到明太子,這絕對是廚師細心表現,搓飯團時將明太子與飯團平均搓均。與坊間做法將一堆明太子塞入飯團中間更勝一籌,值得一讚👍🏻👍🏻最後留了部份飯團與紫菜一起食😋😋炭燒雞卷:店中掛有當日廚師推介的美食,我們點了炭燒雞卷。雞肉包住冬菇、大蔥等等,味道及口感佳。…Read More

今日路過深水埗,當然不會放過食盡當地小食。呢間就係其中一間想試的店舖。早排係灣仔食過另一間既生煎包,今次可以好好比較兩間店舖。呢間店只有堂食,沒有立食。價錢$32/4粒亦比另一間貴$2。原本想堂食,但見到外賣$28/4粒,價錢較平,而且我地趕去另一地點,就決定外賣再係街頭即食。等了一陣就有一盒生煎包,我地即時在街口立食,打開外賣,發現沒有提供醋,即時有點失落,不過算了吧。有了上次經驗,我先在生煎包上開了小孔,再吸取肉汁。講真,沒有比較的話是ok的,但與之前那間比較下,呢間肉汁沒那麼甜。再咬一口,發覺肉質比較淋身,於我而言係太淋身了,不合我的口味。而包底比另一間較硬身有少少脆,但絕對可以再脆d。總括而言,不是很難食,但不是我杯茶。…Read More
