又到聖誕🎄~又到聖誕🎄~ 當然要食好小小啦。之前黎開out back 都係食🐃多,今次想轉轉口味~ 一坐低,有個哥哥就走左埋黎自我介紹,介紹下特色野、happy hour 野飲做開特價等,點餐可以搵返佢~ 之後我地要左個聖誕特餐。其實今日係星期日,好多人都會選擇外出就餐,gathering 下,所以keep到台台都問,都算係咁~ 是日餐湯-唔知有咩材料,只係覺得一個字「好鹹」。白汁燒蝦拼雞肉寬麵-嗯⋯ 其實D蝦好爽 好入味,而D雞肉就好「林」身,完全岩晒我哩D唔洗點用牙力既人,而D寬麵就好芝士,「漏」到爆,但就唔係好入味,所以食到最後都食唔晒~ 薯塊-特別在是整塊焗的,一般我們食開都係薯泥/蓉,好少成塊上,有咬口,但我都係比較鍾意泥/蓉多D~ 主菜到-羊架拼加拿大龍蝦尾,講左個龍蝦尾先,味道剛剛好,肉質軟硬適中,可以既話想要多件而個羊架就要左7成熟~有D羶,如果鐘意既朋友就一定愛上~ 甜品🍮要左Tiramisu... 淨係個樣已經俘虜左我個❤️啦~ 味道就當然不用說,只可惜太飽了。…Read More

食放題的好處係--鐘意食咩就拎咩,食到食唔落為止,當然前提下是:不要浪費喔如果食過的朋友仔一定知道9點後入座就可以用100Coupon~ 變相平100大元,之前為左平,真係等到9點後先入座,但今次朋友生日就無理由等既😂,一早Book定6:30pm ~ 但發現原來感覺真係十分唔同,D野食好好多,唔再係「頭頭尾尾」,哩一刻只想講:平野無好野,頭啖湯真係唔同D。睇下☝🏻只係冰山一角而已。眼睇應該有10幾廿種~ 多到揀唔到,因為種種都想食,太貪心了👉🏻👈🏻最後拎左玉米、紫薯、南瓜、原條秋葵、菠菜、雞髀菇、萵荀、木耳、翠玉瓜⋯⋯ 至於比較飽肚既面條就謝絕叫😅我地叫左鴛鴦湯底(壽喜燒+辣湯),見佢滾到咁,已經等唔切放野落去~ 再逼不及待地叫左2客🐴同🐷先,其實我地揀左中間價錢,因為門口姐姐話:最平價錢個款肉會肥D~ 一聽到咁🙈,就即係話:識做啦。之後當然食完再叫,食完再叫,最終都係返唔到本,3個女仔食左8碟左右~ …Read More

開左好耐一直都無試,因為見到出面條人龍即刻打退堂鼓😂,但朋友突然話想食,又加上要等佢收工,所以⋯嗯~ 等左約20mins左右吧,終於到我啦,可惜既係朋友仲未到⋯你知啦,有D食店要人齊先比入架麻,等到位都無用。點知哩間又比我入去喎~ 無無聊聊,唯有獨自睇住個Menu先。EE...第一個感覺係:都幾多Choice ~ 唔似得某Pizza店,黎黎去去得幾味,重點係,你望下個價錢,堅親民價。朋友終於到左啦,say hi 之後就同佢講— order 唔該。周打海鮮湯-味道調教得是可以的,同埋材料都好足,入面有細細粒:火腿、魷魚鬚、蛤肉等⋯⋯同時有湯又點少得蒜蓉包😏熱辣辣永遠係最好味的,用外脆內軟來形容就最合適不過了,仲有係最喜歡💕它濃濃的蒜蓉味,放下落湯又另一種口應,真係食極都唔厭。Pizza-水牛芝士:平時「隊」完舊pizza就已經開始食唔到好多,所以我係鐘意食薄批,因為可以食多D唔同野,至於哩個水牛芝士,老實說芝士味不太重,但是夠輕身,食完好似無食過🤣香脆三文魚塊-望落去都已經感受到脆皮~因為佢係熱左既三文魚,所以一早預左無生既鮮味,但都算係有另一番風味。哩排生的三文魚好似話有事,所以都係將就下啦⋯ 其實除了無鮮味外,都不太差的,反而無左腥味。…Read More

15:00開閘下午茶,我地決定--等🤣,因為我地到達個時都已經14:47啦。等緊期間吹下水,望下餐牌,時間話咁快就過15:00。本身安排我地坐自閉3人位🙈🙈,不過我地都想傾下計,所以都幫我地轉左去入面圓枱👏🏻👏🏻卡邦拿意粉+酥皮蘑菇忌廉湯:整體係ok既,特別係賣相相當好。意粉大家都知係無味的,主角反而變成了醬汁,但哩個卡邦拿醬汁就有點失色,因為無咩味。,但香味係十足的,特別係食物剛到的時候再試忌廉湯,首先用湯匙係酥皮中間打左小洞,相當有成功感,之後香味馬上悉出,好香濃,再小試一口,直情可以感受到菇味以及些少似海鮮味的物體係口內游走,再將酥皮浸埋落去湯中,簡直係最佳拍檔。紅豆抹茶窩夫:其實落單前都諗左好耐,因為佢有好幾個味道,有香蕉、有芒果、有朱古力⋯隻隻都好想試,最後少數服從多數的關係,就揀左☝🏻,不過都不負所望,窩夫軟硬程度適中,造就左煙韌感,配埋紅豆十分過癮,至於個抹茶雪糕就略嫌淡味左少少,如果多返些許抹茶本身的苦澀味就完美。…Read More

它並非老鋪,亦不是以大集團形式經營,但食物質素卻有返咁上下,總會令你覺得食材有種新鮮的感覺。仲有不得不一提既係:佢地既茶杯是特別有心思的,有不同海鮮類用日文刻畫在杯面上,食起野黎心境都舒畼D。連個名都型過人。必推介:鹽燒雞翼-外皮脆脆的,燶度剛剛好,最愛他的原汁原味,只是加上少許鹽調味,不用額外修飾。雜錦烏冬-煙煙韌韌既口感就是烏冬的特色吧。而其他配菜:玉米、青豆、蟹柳、燒過既帶子以及🦐都沒有太大驚喜,只能說不過不失。食日本野點貴都好都要食🍣🐟刺身吧🙈,同時亦會最能反應到哩間餐既食材新鮮度同埋師傅既切工同樣重要。人地話「salmon」三文魚既切紋最能睇到係米「下欄野」,雖然都知一定唔會係最上乘,但起碼都要見得人,過得去先收貨吧!如圖所示:睇落去近腩位,仲連帶白色「依」,賣相就唔差既,食落口果然不負所望,不會有根,好難先咬斷的感覺。而🦐🍣就十分爽口,滑滑的,配上Wasabi,簡直絕配;而鰻魚壽司就真係值得一贊,因為大家都知真身其實係「鱔」,唔熱食好容易會有腥味,但今次就無失望,因為上台係「熱辣辣」架,即食完全無腥味。至於個碟:章紅呢~ 平時就小叫黎食,黎黎去去都係個幾味。但食落去先發現鱆紅魚肉質爽口、顏色偏白,有時很易誤解佢係油甘魚。…Read More

見到佢個鋪名有D特別,再加上見到佢lunch有poster寫住「叫滿三客飯,第三客飯會半價」所以就叫埋朋友一齊去試下。前菜:餐湯+和風沙律。個餐湯就稀左D,而個和風沙律個名就好好聽既,但其實就係紅蘿蔔絲。炸鯖魚柳拼茄子日式咖喱飯:見到魚柳本身好期待的,因為佢好有心思,炸到有「粒粒」花紋,但一食落口呢,就腥到爆,完全無僻味,相信係「生勾勾」掟落去炸之後撈返上黎就算個款,而個茄子就好重手,鹹到死,完全係無樣得,敗筆。香草燒雞胸日式奄列意大利麵:哩個👍🏻,蛋重重包住意大利麵,D蛋槳流晒去意粉里面,每食一啖都感受到滑滑的。而個雞胸肉就「鞋」左D。鐵板紐西蘭肉扒配燒汁(意粉),可能係日式關係吧,又或者係價錢問題,幾多成佢地話事,因為order個陣佢地完全無問到,之後食落口,feel到(well done),但肉既質感都唔錯既,係有少少根位就難咬D,而個意粉係用左芝士黎撈,口感唔錯,但罪惡感十足。搽茶熱牛奶:對於搽茶控既我黎講,二話不說一定係揀佢啦,飲左一啖濃厚度十分係好既,可惜嫌佢太甜,飲多幾啖就勁要飲水來緩衝下。…Read More

2/9/2017同男朋友媽媽慶祝生日,知佢都鐘意食泰國菜,見呢間金不換都唔少好評,每次經過都座無虛席,襯呢個機會試試呢間菜館。一到門口見到帶位姐姐做到塊面變左包大人:(算啦,話哂生日飯,陪媽媽食個靚飯先,點左菜先算。食泰國菜無論如何點都要叫碟生蝦頭籃開開胃既,碟生蝦一黎就同我想像中既有少少出入,因為十間泰國菜館做生蝦都係用冰鋪底營造新鮮食材既感覺,見佢咁夠膽用菜碎,好,即管試下你咩根底。一入口,唔可以話係唔好食既,仲有D咬口既,不過用既蝦唔算好大隻,証明左冰底對生蝦既存在價值,同配汁真係好辣。媽媽最愛既咖喱蟹,叫左個香辣咖哩蟹,滑滑既蛋花,正但個蟹肉都唔夠實,蟹肉有D水水地,整體已被蛋花蓋過,由於蛋花既力量,香辣咖哩蟹變左香滑咖哩蟹,我當然無問題啦(其實係我怕辣),不過對一向愛辣既媽媽就....(媽媽:咁都叫香辣)呢個鹽燒烏頭,雖説鹽燒,但手法可能出左問題,成條烏頭我完全感覺唔到有咸味,結果成家人每一舊魚都需要用醬汁,但個醬汁對唔頂得辣既我太辣喇,綜合都係條無味魚,我只能狠心地呢個拼盤又係媽媽指定要叫既,本身係想要兩個春卷一個蝦,不過侍應姐姐好冷淡講左句唔比重覆呀就施展輕功好快咁行開左喇唯有叫一蝦餅一魚餅一春卷喇。幾香口既,但係太大塊喇,每人一舊都分唔勻,而且佢個魚餅似唔只得魚有少少其他肉,不過都仲係彈牙既。再黎一個豬肉生菜包,由細食到大,但用既豬肉太瘦喇,無哂感覺,點左醬汁都係因為太瘦既影響,唔掂燒魷魚,可能係我見識少喇,佢燒完出黎都仲有啲偏生,我都係鐘意燒熟D 咁就有咬口啦,而且燒既時候汁唔入味,又一份要係咁用醬汁去救既作品。有人話最基本既野實無死,我落單都係叫左個菠蘿炒飯,最鍾意用菠蘿做盛載器具,感覺有種濃濃既汁,配埋肉鬆腰果提子乾蟹柳鮮魷等等,令人想再添一碗P.S.其實仲叫左條馬拉盞炒通菜既,但好可惜一時忘記左影:(不過都順帶一題喇,味道同街外一般無大差異,都夠味,而且大都明白一碟炒菜無咩驚喜可言,唔怪得無特別。總括黎講,唔可以話佢食品完全一文不值既,但個人認為係有改善空間,特別係員工態度問題嗰日係星期六既,爆場做到燥,大家都係打工仔,無問題,人之常情,你就下我我就下你,都係想開開心心食餐飯姐。但我坐低話哂都比左錢架,你忙我可以體量,你手忙腳亂無招呼可以理解,你攰執緊野無哂表情大家心裡明白,但都唔係我行出黎問你搵你都黑口黑面假。:( 男朋友妹妹都早一個鐘前黎 keep 左個蛋糕先,你都知係食生日飯,幫幫手影張相唔過份呀,叫你幫手一家人影張相,你唔鐘意咪算囉,你可以話唔得閒都得架,唔洗成部電話跌落枱既。跌都唔緊要,人既野,對住客,錯左咪道個歉囉,你眼望住我,又唔出聲又唔盛,家陣你跌我電話喎,我唔鬧你你都醒水喇,野又唔講相又唔影,等我開口丙你咩成場侍應係得一個短髮既四眼姐姐幫我地落幾杯特飲有少少笑容同建議,其他人唔講我以為去左大角咀楓樹街一號A....我唔敢話四圍叫人唔好黎,但最少我自己既印象的確唔好,相信暫時亦唔考慮有第二次。…Read More

雖然「九層塔」而家已經開到成行成市,就連街市大排檔都話有得食。但對食物有些許要求既我,當然會做下功課,睇下邊間「笑哈哈」多D~ 終於-每層都會有支溫度計,只要第一層任務完成,溫度計就會插到下一層,如此類推。等~寂寞到夜深,只要時間一到就可以開動架啦~ 快D,快D..... 第一重:草青味十足,有菇,絲瓜,菜⋯等你可以清清味蕾先。可能因為個2「舊」絲瓜D皮批得唔係好清,所以食起上黎有D硬硬地,但個海鮮就十分贊,清甜得黎無沙,十分爽,好有咬口。大家唔好睇佢好似好少份量,其實食多層就覺得飽到上心口。第二重:重點之一,有🦐🦐🦐,青口、元貝以及些少金菇。一個字「好正」。我首先食左🦐先,熱辣辣的,嗯~ 好爽牙,🦐既精華完全比我吸收晒。至於元貝,見唔見到奶白色既湯汁牙?就係將第一層剩得既汁倒返去第二層,等佢二次吸收,所以先有哩個效果,咁難得 當然要飲左D汁先啦,簡直就好似飲緊海鮮湯一樣,再食埋主角,一D都唔覺得老,教到時間岩岩好。由於時間關係,第三重又開始了。今次個主角係:魚。見唔見到D骨膠原蒲晒頭,透明透明的,咬完第一口,完全感覺到「張」住左你個口,一D唔會會有腥味。至於你見到既青口,是咁的,係被逼由上一重跌落黎的,其實我覺得急左D,令我無咩時間認真享受食物,十分狼狽。但如果唔開始第三重,食物因此會過火,變得老左,其實我有問過服務員,可唔可以拖延少少,因為食唔切,但佢話:一層連一層,最多拖到1-2分鐘🙈。我地唯有不停地食,食,食,希望可以趕上進度啦。第四重:大/小花蛤+廣島蠔+南瓜。食到第四重,已經捧住個肚,所以由第三重既「番茄仔以及黑本耳」再一次下墜。今重我決定食左配菜先,個南瓜真係好甜,真係幾飽都要食牙再黎花蛤同埋蠔,同樣都係爽夾甜,簡直無得頂。第五層:以素菜為主。但今次個番薯就唔係好甜,可能我食左好甜既南瓜吧。而個玉米同南瓜一樣甜到入心。至於個鮑魚同螺呢,起殻個時有D辛苦,同埋麻麻地乾淨,因為仲有腸係度,但味道仍然是美味以及清甜的。生人蔘粥底:將以上5重既海鮮汁全部留晒粥底度,相信唔講都知道幾咁好味啦。不過提一提,因為都幾重味,甚至有些少甘苦味,如果唔係好頂到人蔘味既就可能轉第二個粥底會好D。…Read More

其實經典已經唔係第一次食架啦,不過都冇相機食先,反而每次都係「經典廚房 食左先講」。今次終於可以介紹到比大家啦第一碟:我地叫左乳豬例。淨係睇個外表已經洗晒口水,卜卜脆既表層,食落口唔會有種「骨肉分離」既情況出現,反而非常入味,根本不需要汁。第二碟:鮮蟹肉扒西蘭花。這個麻~ 其實唔係好食到有蟹肉囉😂 雖然如此,但味道都還可以既,因為師傅用左蛋白以及菇、紅蘿蔔做汁 再重重包圍西蘭花,每食一件 都會感受到,juice 度十足。第三碟:媽媽至愛-BB乳鴿。皆因本人比較怕肥😂 所以全程只食左半隻咁大把。至於味道麻,我就覺得太多油了,雖然都係熱辣辣上台,但咬完第一口 已經成口油。最後一碟:蟲草花魚肚浸菜苗。哩個真心要比個贊因為真係好有鑊氣,唔係白烚交貨。而D菜就軟硬適中,本人認為值得推介。…Read More

轉左工,去到荔枝角返工之後,先知原來好多好野食~就連睇落去一間好唔起眼既小舖,整出黎既食物都可以話抵食夾大件~今次主角係「酸辣牛扒米線」想講既係:勁足料~有冬菇、雞腳、酸菜、牛扒(勁多),而個湯底酸辣程度適中,但唔食得好辣既都唔好亂試,因為都有D料到架XD....而酸菜亦唔會過酸,其實都真係幾惹味。同埋牛扒~我最愛既牛扒呀~唔會好硬,好難咬開,牛肉味濃,唔似出面有啲集團食到既牛扒無牛味咁~~真心覺得,有興趣的吃貨們可以去試試喔~比起大集團,他們這間小鋪確係欠缺裝修味,人手等等,但他們正正有的是:人情味⋯絕對唔會比你既餐的分量都要就住 就住,都要一模一樣。小鋪只需38蚊一碗,但留意的是唔包飲品的。…Read More

颱風後的晚餐

數數手指,都真係好耐無食過Pizza Hut了,今日星期日又撞正8號仔颱風,懶懶地唔想煮野食,就「戚」起條根,落去屋企附近既Pizza Hut 食返餐。我地叫左:原味雞翼;忌廉湯;意式風情;拿玻里肉丸同埋酥脆蝴蝶蝦,仲有2碗蘑菇忌廉湯。。原味雞翼係我每次食Pizza Hut 都必點既,皮脆肉滑, 我覺得焗得岩岩好,咬開第一啖,D汁即刻流晒出黎,鐘意食辣既朋友,可以試下辣味雞翼,同樣係美味的。今次叫左個意式風情:最喜歡既就係佢個批軟硬適中,唔會粉多過咩⋯ 批里面有千島醬,批面有例牌菠蘿,火腿,蘑菇同埋雞肉,加加埋埋,食落口 口感不太差。全場最喜歡個蘑菇湯:粒粒蘑菇落足料,味道唔淡唔重,感覺岩岩好,正另外叫左個拿玻里肉丸:汁加左芝士同茄汁落去一齊焗,食落口 其實係豬肉丸黎,冇咩驚喜同特別。最後叫左個酥脆蝴蝶蝦:今次就感覺麻麻地,因為隻隻都有D窿窿地,但蝦肉都尚算爽口既。但佢地D服務呢~ 就不敢恭維,我地食食下,居然走黎叫我轉枱,明明係佢地安排我地坐既,最好笑係由2人位轉返去2人位😑。…Read More
