這次順帶補回2月1日第一次到訪菓匠茶屋的食評第一次慕名而來,而泥足深陷第二次則是已經陷了下去第一次吃的是宇治抹茶牛奶軟雪榚(豪華版)((現已加價至HKD40軟雪榚方面,抹茶的苦澀和牛奶的甜滑確實能取得平衡,一向不好抹茶苦澀的我也能接受,甚至揮之不去建議不要拆散這對天作之合,口感真的非常柔滑配料方面有紅豆蓉,抹茶果凍((抹茶味的Jelly 和日式的Dumpling((就是用糯米粉搓成一糰那種,應稱作無糖水的湯圓?紅豆蓉甜度適中,身為抹茶的另一伴侶,在牛奶雪榚搶去抹茶之後,理所當然的顯得黯然失色...日式去水湯圓本來和紅豆蓉應是一對,可惜去水湯丸它太大顆而且偏硬,成了整個豪華雪榚的污點Jelly身處雪榚底部,失去了牛奶的陪伴,平衡果然完全崩潰了,對於我來的說實在太苦了...總括而言,由於某些配料不當,成功反襯出雪榚的優點杯裝這種模式確實不錯,若能讓人自由選擇配料則最好不過第二次汲取了第一次的經驗,選了窩夫筒的模式((而且較經濟實惠宇治抹茶牛奶軟雪榚(窩夫筒)軟雪榚方面仍保持一貫水準...但是今次最大的發現是該雪榚含無害尼古丁,令我染上 '軟,柔,滑兼備的菓匠茶屋宇治抹茶牛奶雪榚窩夫筒模式迷戀症'菓匠茶屋實在太可惡了,竟然使出此等卑劣手段令我難以忘記它的雪榚,必須再次到此報仇雪恨,吃光它的雪榚!…Read More

看到標題也許會感到有點慨嘆...然而,我卻認為也稱得上是好事...為了一嘗堂食格仔餅的滋味,特地來到這裡,這也是第一次來這裡大約12時點了一份格仔餅,旁邊的女性店員說:如果想附飲品的話,可以當作下午餐賣((也許是老闆娘我卻堅持單點,免得擠滿胃袋,對不起下一個目的地但非常佩服此店為客人著想的態度,即使沒有要求也主動附上清水主角終於出場反應一:Too many!反應二:Is this waffles?雖然曾經在這裡的食評一睹Big John的'格仔餅',但是......真的太像窩夫了((先看圖驚訝過後,切一小块放進口裡......略脆而頗柔韌的餅加上甜滑煉奶,帶粒粒花生的花生醬,甜甜的牛油無疑是小時候家人總以不健康為由不肯買給我吃的格仔餅由出生至此之前吃格仔餅也不超過5次,因此印象特別深刻與傳統格仔餅差異在於蛋香,傳統格仔餅蛋香較重雖然甚少吃格仔餅,但是常有機會吃窩夫因此不難接受這個格仔餅風味的窩夫而且港式與西式小吃交融也甚得我心環境方面,座位不會讓屁股感不適之餘,還頗舒服中午有很多人來此用膳,想要細味品嘗也要快點的細味品嘗…Read More

今天的第一科考試結束後約10:30a.m.,決定來到這裡平息肚子的不滿,並且準備下午的第二科考試...:)這是第2次來到這裡,由於時間尚早,因此人煙還算稀少~站在那裡思索了一會,便決定了今天的午餐...購買時,櫃面的哥哥很積極地介紹3種Muffin的味道~:)最後選了...這個沙律雖然放在雪櫃,但都很新鮮~沙律裡有:生菜,小蕃茄,雞胸,貝殼粉,青瓜粒和沙律醬...生菜和小蕃茄都很新鮮,小蕃茄還很甜,可惜的是兩者都比較少,有違沙律的名字...雞胸和貝殼粉的份量比較多,雞胸沾著的應該是千島醬,加以貝殼粉來吃,雞胸貝殼粉變成了主角,而非沙律~青瓜粒相對較少和較小,不過咬下去會溢出青瓜汁的~沙律醬份量剛剛好,不會過多~個人認為生菜,小蕃茄和青瓜粒的比例可提高,始終以沙律為名...8成滿的鮮奶咖啡,再加上雲呢拿味的奶泡...甜味足夠,奶味香濃,很顯易地嘗出雲呢拿味~不會出現還未喝完咖啡就已喝光奶泡的情況~個人認為可進一步突出雲呢拿味,奶味過於容易蓋過雲呢拿味...加熱後,洋溢著陣陣的蛋榚香~~~表面很鬆脆,內裡很鬆軟~:)也有藍莓果肉,不過都是很小很少的...表面還有由牛油和糖製造的粒粒,都很脆很香~個人認為可再增添藍莓味,鬆餅方面即很出色~店內環境幽靜,不失為閱讀溫習的好地方~還有法意風的音樂,在這裡悠閒地過一個下午也很不錯~…Read More

特地從觀塘區來到尖沙咀就是為了一嘗正宗法式甜點~身為甜品迷這麼遲來已經是死罪了!款色多得眼花撩亂,對於自覺有選擇困難症的我簡直就是折磨~最後選4款Macaron和2款撻~Macaron檸檬味:很實在的檸檬味,酸酸的,很不錯~朱古力味:甜中帶點苦的甜點一直都很不錯,個人卻很希望有甜中帶甜的白朱古力味~!果仁味:鼓起勇氣嘗了專屬果仁的這個,雖然很不錯,但還是不喜果仁配甜點的那種味道...焦糖味:這個帶有點果仁的碎碎,但焦糖的甜味足以令我忘記這一切,焦糖就是一切~!總括而言,沒傳聞中的甜,很希望有Vanilla Flavored...好吃程度:Lemon Tart餅底很鬆脆,沒想像中的硬~餡吃得出非人造香精香油,明顯真的是檸檬~挑剔的地方是有,就是頂層的Cream不夠焦:(好吃程度:Strawberry Vanilla Tart拍的照看見它很光滑,本以為光亮膏會很厚...事實上卻很薄,草莓不酸,但不是很甜,算是可接受吧~撻底基本與檸檬撻的一樣鬆脆...重點是Vanilla,其實就是Custard Cream,以Cream裡的粒粒香草籽而取名吧~甜度很足,一定程度上能滿足甜的慾望~好吃程度:下次再來嘗嘗其他傳統法式甜點…Read More

接近中午時分來到這裡,赫然發現店來正在拍攝...在附近徘徊一會再回來,被問道是否來買東西的,於是便尷尬的在數人眼前走進去有點奇怪為甚麼叫卷蛋,而非瑞士卷~今次買了4件迷你版和Frozen Yogurt~:)只拍下頭2件的,後2件吃得太入迷而忘了拍先說...Frozen YogurtYogurt中偏甜的類型,其實就是我愛的類型~味道與Crumbs很相近~比較好的地方是,更幼滑,沒冰粒,更耐熱~而且...是絕對的實心~!!!Green tea Mochi是大杯裝送的~這個比普遍的大顆,更容易嘗出綠茶味~'煙Un'的口感,配以其他脆脆的Toppings,製造出3重口感~首次選Cornflake作Topping~想不到比麥提莎粒更配作'脆脆口感'的角色~好吃程度:迷你竹炭芝麻卷蛋的確很香濃的芝麻味,又不失蛋榚本身的味道~蛋榚很軟熟,不知道下了多少的乳化劑呢~?似乎沒有說明是否加了類似的化學物~內裡是普通甜的Whipping Cream,如果在Cream中添加一些黑芝麻,對芝麻愛好者也許是一大欣物~就個人而言,不太喜歡芝麻風味的蛋榚...然而,無可否認是很獨特,也很美味~好吃程度:迷你楓蜜糖漿核桃卷蛋卷蛋外層沾著核桃碎,本身不喜果仁蛋榚的我,竟然能接受得了~蛋榚很甜,很軟,很好吃~內裡的Cream也有點點蜜糖味個人最喜歡這個~好吃程度:迷你焦糖杏仁香蕉卷蛋不知為甚麼,這個留給我的回憶就只是...真的有粒粒的香蕉,和很香的焦糖味~蛋榚的味道和杏仁的都忘了...這種焦糖風味與昨天在別處吃的焦糖朱古力和焦糖杏仁餅又是別種風味~好吃程度:迷你藍莓檸檬芝士卷蛋這個真的有驚喜,而且百感交集...蛋榚一概都是很軟綿綿的~蛋榚上沾著粒粒的藍莓粒,咬下去,藍莓汁真的飛濺而出~吃蛋榚竟然能喝到了藍莓汁檸檬芝士應是Cream,芝士味真的吃不出,因為檸檬味太突出,酸味差點蓋過了蛋榚的味道...因此酸度可稍稍降低~好吃程度::):):)總括而言,各方面都很出色,而香港甚少有專門店會售賣不同味道的Swiss Roll,因此值得專程來這~((我也是特地從觀塘區來的:]決定了,下星期會再來這裡~但希望質素仍能保持,不要步上Crumbs的'後塵',開分店換來的是質素參差...希望天氣會變熱~-v-話說,這好像是第1次給滿分~…Read More
