這年內韓式餐廳數目大幅增長,這次在云云選擇中選了<秀>。當天訂了830PM的位置,不用等位便入座。店內位置不多,大概能容納60人左右,特別之處是店內都貼有BEWARE OF DOG的標誌,也許這店是容許狗隻進內吧。以i-pad作menu亦是大勢所趨,既方便又環保,若然能以i-pad直接點菜會更方便吧。是次點了4道菜:順帶一提,服務員的態度真的要改善。一,雖然座位有限時,但不應以不斷收拾桌面的方法來摧促客人埋單,善意地提醒時限差不多便可以。二,整晚來說服務員都沒有笑容的,感覺上就是趕下班的樣子。整體而言,店內環境不俗,食物質素一般,味道偏淡。若然服務沒有改善,也許會很快被比下去。…Read More

在深水埗吃過晚飯,當然少不了甜品環節,女仔有第2個胃以放甜品麻 為免再次迷失深水埗,今次拿出GOOGLE MAP來幫忙,當然,我們也順利來到這間著名的甜品店。左: 芝麻糊配豆腐布甸相比起上次來試(已是幾年前了),芝麻糊水準沒差,還是那麼香濃幼滑,甜而不膩。配上豆腐布甸後感覺更清新,布甸的味道較淡,可中和芝麻糊的甜味; 而且它的質地幼滑,也比較軟身 (有點像jelly),不用咀嚼便可吞下 :)右: 楊枝甘露加大明珠味道還不錯,蠻足料的,吃下去有很多芒果肉。大明珠豐富了口感的層次,可惜有點過腍。雖然店舖翻新過,甜品款式變得多元化,但卻保留著大眾化的價錢,真的值得一讚! …Read More

[想做就做] 是大部分人的夢想,雖然未能做到想辭工便辭工,但今天便隨心而行。在家中躺著,忽然想吃口豆腐花,於是便山長水遠來深水埗的公和。深水埗,一個充滿歷史的舊區,既有馳名中外的鴨寮街,又有賣diy材料的基隆街,貨品種類繁多;稍不留神,便會迷失其中。這次也不例外。重覆橫跨了兩次長沙灣道後,終於找到了這老店。人頭湧湧的老店,找個座位也很艱難,還好只是一個人,否則也要等好幾張檯了。老字號,當然保留著舊有的裝潢,連牌匾也是以右向左寫的。這裡的豆腐花並不是與坊間般一片片的,是一整碗的。它的質感幼滑,帶有淡淡豆香,而且在沒有加黃糖的情況下也夠甜,讚! 吃的過程中雖然聞到煎鑲豆腐的香氣,但為免吃不下而浪費食物,唯有下次再來試吧。:)…Read More

位於西九龍中心的日本菜,豈只有明將壽司!?顧名思義,餐廳的位置真的蠻難找;它隱身於蘋果商場內的角落,全場只有大約20個位。跟其他要排隊的拉面店一樣,在排隊的期間便讓客人先按自己的喜好來選擇面食。店外排隊位置放有3本漫畫,大概是為了讓客人打發時間; 相比起漫畫,白色牆身上的鉛筆塗鴉更為特別。好奇之下問了店員牆身是否供客人塗鴉之用,答案? 當然不是啦 lol大概等了20分鐘便可入座,店內裝潢以木為主題,椅子和檯腳都以汽水盤作基調,蠻省位置。參考了牆身的說明書,才知道這店是吃沾面的,真是後知後覺  第一次吃沾面,感覺還不錯。面身沒有過腍,但可能本人吃東西的速度較慢,還未吃到一半時面都開始變乾了,要費勁才能夾出面條。至於湯底方面,湯身比較濃郁,面條沾上湯後味道還不錯,有很香的蒜味,可惜吃到一半時開始覺得過咸; 加了豬骨湯後雖然變得易入口一點,但同樣地渴了幾啖後便咸得要放棄。整體而言,湯底真是偏咸,若然湯底可分不同濃度會比較好。…Read More

湊個熱鬧來這間近日很紅的 宏,很幸運地不用排隊便能可入座。餐廳以簡約為主,甫進內就見大大的甜品櫃,色彩繽紛的蠻吸引呢。店內桌子間的距離蠻近的,有點擠擁; 如果只是來吃個甜品,還可接受的。左: 焦糖布甸芭菲 餅乾比較硬身,如果改成香脆的格仔餅 (像雪糕筒的那種),口感會更好。焦糖布甸很滑,但味道偏淡。相比起其餘兩款甜品,這比較令人失望。中: 栗子芭菲栗子蓉細滑香濃,配上混有VANILLA SEED的雪糕,令人再三回味。只可惜栗子蓉份量太少,如果中間的部分多加一層栗子蓉,效果會更出色。右: 抹茶蛋卷外層的蛋糕很鬆軟,可謂一咬即溶。內層的抹茶CREAM很細滑,帶有抹茶的幽香; 味道剛好,沒有過甜或過甘。下圖來一個CLOSE UP :)5個女生分享了3款甜點,食物質素不俗,但說真的,價錢的確頗貴。…Read More

餐廳置身於麗晶花園商場隱蔽的角落,如非附近的街坊,大概也找不到這裡。餐廳面積很大,以簡約的設計為主。白色牆身以圖畫作裝飾,坐位寬敞,讓人有種舒適自在的感覺。當晚有BB同行,侍應都會主動與BB作互動交流,笑容親切; 雖然有少許甩漏,但可體諒。香煎鵝肝配法包初以為像坊間的西餐廳一樣,以小型薄切的鵝肝配上一口size的法包。怎料是厚切的鵝肝配正常size的法包,實在有驚喜,而鵝肝沒有很油膩的感覺,讚!白酒忌廉煮青口它的醬汁比較稀身,但味道很香濃。吃過青口後,我們還要了一份薯角以點醬汁之用 lol海膽醬焗波士頓龍蝦伴香草天使麵它的份量很大,龍蝦蠻肥美,肉身很結實而且很甜; 但天使麵太乾身龍蝦汁龍蝦仔燴意大利飯意大利飯煮得比較硬身,味道香濃,飯中混有龍蝦肉,増加了口感層次更BBQ汁燒原條豬肋骨它的醬汁很惹味,豬肋骨的肉很嫩,燒得剛剛好CARBORNARA這裡的CARBORNARA要自己撈的,生蛋在麵條上,蠻特別。以屋村附近餐廳而言,可算是超水準呢!…Read More

先小人后君子,這是一個餐廳試食后的食評,故食物份量與平日的有出入。 因工作關係,是次有幸在MICHELIN 2星推介的天龍軒試餐。5月時曾在天龍軒與家人飲茶,對鮑魚酥、雪映叉燒包記憶猶新。當餐廳經理問我們這晚有沒有特別想試的時候,我毫不猶疑地答鮑魚酥! (很貪心吧 ) 但很可惜,晚上是沒有點心的 orz 唯有下次再次光顧吧!這晚試的都是招牌菜 :)上: 酥炸牛腩經油炸過的牛腩沒有油膩的感覺,反之很乾身,而且很"淋"因為戒了牛肉關係,這是同行朋友的評語左下: 黑豚肉叉燒叉燒很厚,肥瘦適中,咬下去沒有很油的感覺。跟上次試的時候一樣,果真的招牌菜!右下: 蝦多士蝦肉很爽口,配合甜酸醬很醒胃椰皇花膠燉雞湯椰汁味濃,花膠很厚,味道清甜,是很滋補的湯水呢!花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗花雕味道恰到好處,沒有搶去蟹的鮮味。蟹鉗肥大肉厚,蟹鉗下的蛋白很滑。東坡肉賣相精緻,以冬瓜雕成的業栩栩如生。味道不錯,口感層次分明,跟坊間的整塊都是肥肉的有分別喔!黃油蟹粉絲焗蟹蓋黃油蟹的時節接近尾聲,這是期間限定菜式呢。蟹蓋內釀滿蟹膏與粉絲,非常足料。蟹膏的味道濃郁,只略嫌粉絲太過乾身,但整體配合得真的不錯。左: 流沙煎堆仔外脆內有驚喜,中間的流沙熱騰騰,奶黃味濃!中: 酥皮焦糖蛋撻多層的酥皮,豐富了口感的層次。焦糖的表面使蛋撻變得有點像葡撻 右: 蘆薈楊枝金露足料之選,幾乎每口都有蘆薈 杧果 西柚呢! 總括而言,不論 食物 服務 環境都是一流的! 讚!…Read More

對上一次在H8裡試的是已結業的魔麵,闊別2年,這大廈還是食肆林立。最初會留意LUCA是因為餐廳的名字跟LUPA很相似,想試了很久但一直沒機會。在沒有預約之下無需等侯便可入座,還是WINDOW SEAT呢,多幸運 :)餐廳內環境舒適,我們的WINDOW SEAT 位於在餐廳的角位,既可望著厚福街,又可偷窺廚房,嘻嘻。MENU的設計比較CASUAL,與環境不太相襯,但款式也蠻多。我們二人要了一個前菜,一個RISOTTO與一個PIZZA。前菜- 牛油帶子牛油味濃,帶子爽口,讚!主菜- RISOTTO LUCA 的RISOTTO 很CREAMY,飯的軟硬適中,加上MUSHROOM的幽香,值得一試! 而PIZZA方面,就略嫌失水準,餅底過硬不夠脆身。餐廳服務水準不錯,侍應會為客人介紹DAILY SPEICAL 還會提醒食物份量的大小,不致浪費食物。唯上菜的速度偏慢,每道菜相隔大概20分鐘,心急的人也許會以為是漏了單呢。…Read More
