因為見新開在中環的店,儘管去試一試。點了個撈面,有幾件咬不開,又流血,又沒有味道的豬潤,再加兩粒充滿雪味的豬肉丸,撈面味道算是不過不失。但豬潤及肉丸實在令人失去胃口。頭盤是兩串沙嗲,味道還好。飲品是一杯淡淡的薏米水,埋單$210😢。還有要QR code 落單,餐牌上只有一張超細的相片,沒有菜式的材料,單靠菜名‘Bak Chor Mee (Dry Minced Pork Noodles)’ 實在估唔到有什麼材料在裏面!如果廚師不懂得處理豬潤,就應該改用其他材料。收這個價錢,但做出這樣的午餐,真的會有回頭客嗎?…Read More

第一次約朋友去鮨鮪居酒居,中午食飯時間到,已經唔多人,得兩、三枱客。我叫了牛肉湯烏冬,先來日式蒸蛋,蛋是滑的 ,味道尚算不錯。等了10分鐘,牛肉烏冬上枱,正常湯面的碗應該熱辣辣,但我的碗是室溫的,湯是微暖(大約60-70度左右),湯底淡而冇味,烏冬勁腍,炒牛肉勁韌, 食咗兩啖,真係食唔落. 碗烏冬收$78,算平,我只期望一碗熱辣辣的烏冬,但咁簡單嘅嘢,又唔係多客,師傅都唔俾心機去做,點對得住啲客人😓 一間細舖頭,如果冇心機做,點樣維持落去😔…Read More

點可以由最好燒味變成最難食🤮🤮

十多年前,會專登坐車去再興買燒味食,但今日決定同再興說永別! 今天買了半隻燒鴨,回家後發現全個盒都是血水,因為鴨胸未熟,唯有用鑊返熱,但食落口全部皮跟肉都是又韌又冇味🤮🤮其實斬料師傅見到隻鴨未熟,都唔應該斬俾客人。 還有燒肉,起碼要買$100 ,但都係得細細碟,燒肉皮又韌,肉又冇味。最差係燻蹄,倒在碟中,全部爛蓉蓉,都係未煮冧嘅豬皮,附送豬毛,完全不能入口。 難得再興真係上下一心,由燒味師傅到斬料師傅,都係求求其其,敷衍了事!…Read More

朋友生日想試新餐廳,由於John Anthony食評不錯所以決定一試. 食品質素一般 ,但服務簡直不知所謂。每一個菜式隔3分鐘就上枱,已經叫服務員通知廚房慢慢上菜,但仍然係不斷幫我們上菜,講左四次,每次服務員只回答:‘因為你通知我的時候,廚房已經在預備這菜式’。最令我生氣的,是我已通知服務員,我們實在太飽,所以帶去的旦糕會原個帶走,不會在餐廳內享用。但另一服務員仍點燃蠟燭,把旦糕送出來。當我們告訴他我們不會在餐廳內切蛋糕時,他面色一黑,當着我們所有人面前把蠟燭吹熄,然後送回廚房。多謝他的口水噴在我們蛋糕上,亦多謝他代我的朋友吹熄生日蠟燭。…Read More
