因為見新開在中環的店,儘管去試一試。點了個撈面,有幾件咬不開,又流血,又沒有味道的豬潤,再加兩粒充滿雪味的豬肉丸,撈面味道算是不過不失。但豬潤及肉丸實在令人失去胃口。頭盤是兩串沙嗲,味道還好。飲品是一杯淡淡的薏米水,埋單$210😢。還有要QR code 落單,餐牌上只有一張超細的相片,沒有菜式的材料,單靠菜名‘Bak Chor Mee (Dry Minced Pork Noodles)’ 實在估唔到有什麼材料在裏面!如果廚師不懂得處理豬潤,就應該改用其他材料。收這個價錢,但做出這樣的午餐,真的會有回頭客嗎?…Read More
