:)I have read good and bad reviews about this restaurant. Frankly, the quality of the food fluctuates from time to time, and normally good, but once you know their boss, Mr. Chow, then you are in for a good treat!One major mistake people make is to order set course lunch or dinner! This is DEFINITELY NOT THE WAY TO TASTE GOOD FOOD! And you should not be there if you do not have money to spend on good food. You would need to be ready to pay over HK$800+ per person for good food!Once you are in the right frame of mind, here is what you should order:-Appetizers1. Spanish Iberico Ham, ask for top quality, not the type they normally serve to set course customers;2. Their croissants, their bread is already quite good and hot (if it is not hot, ask them for fresh ones), but nothing beats their croissants;3. Seafood platter - oysters and french crab, do ask if they are in season, if not, don't bother;4. Smoked Eel - the best in town, the body is crisp and strong smoky flavour, goes well with wine;5. Figs and garden greens salad;6. Mussels in white wine source (ask if the mussels are in season or not, if not, then pass);7. Soup - Mushroom is the best, but can skip if you are not in the mood;8. Pan fried frogs legs in pesto sauce, a bit salty, but good with wine.Main courses1. Duck Confit, the best in town after they closed Pierrot of the Mandarin;2. French Beeffsteak and french fries, not the normal beef steak, ask for their special French Beefsteak, medium rare; 3.
