今次已經係第二次黎呢度食野啦，上次食完之後已經心思思想再食，但一直都搵吾到機會。咁啱有親戚係外國返黎探親，於是就帶左佢地去食野。我地一行人四個都叫左吾少野食，而我最鍾意就係前菜。首先賣相十分吸引，如果大家淨係睇相未必估到佢係咩XD其實就係西西里紅蝦薄片配黑松露魚子。廚師將紅蝦切薄成為刺身，紅蝦變得晶瑩剔透，再係上面放上黑松露、魚子同食用花，顏色十分豐富。另外，紅蝦十分鮮甜，整體味道非常清新，連親戚都大讚好食。好期待下一次去TOWN再發掘更多美食!…Read More

Today is my birthday, so I went to this restaurant called TOWN to have a taste of fine dining with my family. We chose this restaurant because the price is quite reasonable for a birthday lunch.The menu includes various dishes, and the waiter explained them in detail. For appetizer, I went to the salad bar to increase my appetite. Some of the vegetables were not my cup of tea but I love the Caesar Salad with the Worcestershire sauce. The sliced pumpkins were nice too.As for the main course, I chose spring chicken and my mother chose Bavette and Salmon. The spring chicken was worth the visit because the potatoes were so good with the tender chicken meat. It was so juicy and crispy. The dish was enough for one-person and the colours were appealing. I like it very much. My mother’s Bavette and Salmon was pretty delicious too. The salmon was not overcooked or undercooked (This was my major concern). It was a bit oily but the vegetables on top made the dish less stuffy (And I can feel less guilty about getting fat).For me, I would definitely visit this restaurant again. At first, I was attractive by the color of this ice cream.  Holly Brown  provides a good Gelato experience as it provide a great number of flavors of gelato with various toppings.  The baked waffle cradle is crispy and yummy, it is a perfect match with Gelato. I also  love the topping match with gelato, its delicious. Also I can see the whole process of making gelato, its interesting to see the process of mixing various topping with Gelato. The services I think is good and the waiting time is not quite long and acceptable. Its nice try to have a taste of Gelato in Holly Brown. I may recommend this to my friend too! …Read More

去到北京樓一定會見到差吾多每一枱都會叫片皮鴨，當你叫左片皮鴨後，你會見到有個店員推住燒到好靚既鴨出黎，即場切開一片片，店員好快手就切好放係枱上。當片皮鴨放入口個下入口即溶，而且仲好香口，好好食! 而其他菜式都吾錯，特別要試鮮蝦豆腐，豆腐好滑！唯一美中不足既地方係份量略少，如果多人一枱，需要叫多幾碟先得，但店員整體服務一流! 如果想食好好味既片皮鴨，北京樓會係其中一個好選擇😍…Read More
