前兩天路過土瓜灣見到呢間新開嘅韓國菜於是就入去試下啦入到去有位講普通話嘅女仕帶位, 後來同佢吹左幾句, 先知原來佢係韓國人. 佢話間餐廳係佢同佢老公開嘅.後來我地就點左兩個set Dinner, 一個小牛排, 另一個就韓式原隻炸雞, 另外散叫了一份炒年糕.等緊上菜果陣啲泡菜已經俾我KO左, 老板娘都好主動幫我地Refill
到上菜lu, 小牛排ok好味啦, 只係賣相一般, 可以改進本來我地以為炸雞係"都敏俊style"嘅, 點知原來佢係原隻炸, 不過都炸得好好味, 就算連雞胸位都唔會覺得"鞋", 可以推价一下.到佢個炒年糕就真係一定要強烈推价, 連平時唔寫食評嘅我都要為左佢入黎寫返份食評.本人平時唔太喜歡食炒年糕, 因為出面啲韓式炒年糕一般都做得好韌同埋好辣. 但係佢個炒年糕就一啲都唔韌但又會覺得太淋, 有咬口又唔會覺得黐牙. 另外佢辣得黎又唔會覺得只有辣味, 辣中帶點香味, 好易入口. 其實我都唔係太識得形容, 總知就係煮得恰到好處, 非常之好食總括黎講佢地係比較地道一點嘅韓國菜, 如果食慣左港式韓食又想轉換一下口味嘅可以考盧下呢間.…Read More
