7時我們到達red chicken ,但人就是很多,要等位等很久,但我們就抱着要像韓劇一样的心態所以等到8時多才入坐。坐下時,就看到這家店的老闆,他就是一個很年輕的韓國人,不懂得中文,略懂英文,他告訴我們用餐時間只有一小時三十分鐘。於是,我和友人也快速地點了個半辣炸雞和一個炸雞沙律,當然也有兩枝韓國啤酒。當半辣炸雞上桌時,我和友人也看呆了,他的份量絕對可以給3-4人享用。辣炸雞的醬汁很好吃,酸酸甜甜的,但就是炸粉太多,相對來說,不辣的炸雞更顯得十分沒特色,炸粉太多,沒有醬汁的襯托,更是不值得一提。相反,那個炸雞沙拉,完全是我們的菜,裏面有番茄仔,炸雞及生菜,醬汁是用沙拉油,但略微雞太多,菜太小。總括而言,這家韓雞店,試一次也足夠了,因為食物一般,服務很好,但等位時間太長,價格中規中矩,不配上 掋食 這兩詞。 …Read More

已經很久沒有到赤柱,赤柱大轉變,開了很多間新餐廳,變得很像一個新地方了。原先我們想吃意大利焗飯,所以先到美利樓一樓,但那所餐廳的菜式選擇十分少,走到二樓看看,據說這所餐廳最出名的就是德國豬手,想也不想就進門了。原先我們想點一個沙律一個豬手,但看到menu在豬手旁邊寫着是給一至兩人用 (一般西餐都是十分大份)!所以我們都決定稍後再點沙律,果然這個決定是沒有錯的 因為一隻豬手已經十分大碟了!第一眼看到豬手十分驚訝,以為成盤都是肉!幸好原來內裏還有一舊很大的骨頭。第一口吃下去的時候發現豬肉味十分重,應該不是冰鮮貨,而且肉質也不會很老,用叉子便很容易可以把肉分開。不過,他的皮就硬了點,即使用刀也要用九牛二虎之力才可以把它切開,豬手皮黏着'骨膠原,味道十分豐富,食下去時十分香脆。豬手旁邊更有酸菜和薯塊做伴碟,我們二人最後都吃不下全部。同時價錢還算合理,大約二百多塊一碟,與坊間其他餐廳算差不多吧。…Read More

之前常常經過位處灣仔的這間餐廳,一直也見到很多人在排隊。今天參觀書展後,終於有機會可以試試這家餐廳了!到達門口時,外面已經人山人海,初還以為好似像little bao要先拿票才入座,但原來是要客人自己找位子。這間餐廳跟little bao一樣店面都是非常細小的,還有 open kitchen,及後我和友人一共叫了三個burger。第一個是基本的$100套餐,麵包十分軟熟,裏面更有芝士、bacon和他們特製的sauce,當然還有他們的招牌牛肉漢堡啦,急不及待咬了一口後,發現牛肉十分嫩滑,而且每口也充滿濃濃的肉汁,十分美味!另外朋友更叫了一個double size的burger,裏面多了兩三塊牛肉,跟麥當勞的big mac或者足三兩很相似,但當然味道好太多啦~另一個朋友則叫了一款特製的burger,這份漢堡中的牛肉被製成一個大球體,牛肉外熟內生,,應該是半生熟的,味道比較濃郁,一個女生應該未必吃不下~之後,我們還叫了ice cream float,店員會把一個裝了半滿雪糕的杯和一支可樂給我,雖然這兩個配答平平無奇,但味道卻出奇地match!!其實除了可樂外,還有其他酒精飲品可以加在雪糕裏,不過,我們問過哪那一隻最受歡迎,他都是介紹我們試試可樂就算,其他我們未必適合。Duck fat fries吃過burgar後,叫了他們的薯條,好可惜可能已經飽了,便覺得薯條沒有太特別,總括而言這間店舖,價錢都十分合理。對比起little bao 同 burgar room 這個也蠻值得大家嘗試的。…Read More
