I ordered the four cheese burger here and got it 30 minutes later than my partners meal. In the end, she had finished her meal completely while I was still waiting for my burger. Meat was frozen, kimchi had no flavour (all sugar no spice), kimchi pancake was bland and tasteless, and not to mention the samgyupsal had cartilage in all slices so you had to spit out the part of the meat. My mate and I went to Pizza Express not expecting anything much. We got there the food was great and the service was welcoming. The only thing Id say that they need to improve on is timing. The food took way too long! I dont mean the usual 15-20 minute wait, I think we were waiting 30 minutes for a pizza and another 30 min on a risotto.
