上禮拜四,我們一班友仔相約屯門的Nova Café,這是我們2016年首聚。因年底大家都好忙,已經有長時間無一齊食飯喇,所以心情大靚,嗌左很多野食!服務員推薦我們這款Set Lunch我最滿意的就係炭燒加拿大豬鞍配照燒汁,豬鞍的肉質鮮嫩可口,照燒汁味道馥郁香濃,極具風味。小朋友就最鐘意食香口的吉列鰈魚柳,師傅炸的時間啱啱好,外層金黃色沒有半點焦,外層松脆,內裡的魚肉還可以保持得很滑。鮮蘑菇煙肉雞柳焗飯好開胃,大人細路都喜歡食。和牛肉醬意粉都幾ok,司華力腸煎得幾好。總體的水準都唔錯。當晚還有Live Music Show欣賞,非常開心又滿足的一次聚會,值得再來!…Read More

領隊話因為獅子銀行信用卡做Promo,有一個四人套餐做六折,又話生日食豪D都唔怕,試得過。領隊幫手提早BOOK位,頭圍原來要八點交枱,我地咁耐無見要傾計,當然要八點先入場,傾到打烊先夠本。北京樓二小拼 (杭州芳香素腐方、七里莊酒糟醉雞)。前菜有兩小碟凍盆,素腐方即係腐皮素雞咁,用上魯汁,甜甜地幾入味。醉雞都幾滑,酒香唔錯。金湯瑤柱花膠海皇羹非常好味,勁足料,有瑤柱、花膠粒、仲有蝦、魚肉等。湯本身味道好夠濃,仲啖啖有餸,可惜無得飲多碗。京爆明蝦球。蝦球沾左炸粉略為炸過,幸好粉漿唔算厚,炸左仲脆脆地。蝦味就無乜架啦,但質地好彈牙爽口,加左京爆醬,似係咕嚕醬,酸酸甜甜少少辣,醋味都幾濃,真係俾佢「俗」親添。烤北京填鴨。烤呢隻鴨要預四十五分鐘,所以都等左一陣。烤好後服務員會送上原隻全相俾你睇,之後就拎到櫃台再分屍,送到上枱已經變成一塊塊。雖然只係一食,鴨殼嘅肉唔關我地事,但淨係食皮肉份量都唔少。食嘅時候用一塊薄餅包住,加兩塊肉,加醬汁,再加蔥或者青瓜包好就食得。幾欣賞佢薄餅同鴨都仲係熱辣辣,鴨肉唔算肥,都幾腍幾多汁,唔錯。事後發覺,呢份野實在太大,隔離枱八個人都係食一客,我地四丁友食唔晒好正常,惟有打包。返到屋企叮番熱都仲OK喎!上湯浸時菜。應該係溫室豆苗,其實算整得唔錯。但個人唔太鍾意呢種菜有陣草腥味。無錫灌湯小籠包算OK啦。包皮都算薄,係個包頂接口位包得太厚,肉餡都幾多,肉汁都算多,可以倒滿一個湯匙,湯汁呈深黃色,味道都幾鮮甜。香糟蔣腿蒸黃魚。睇名除左知道佢係一條黃魚,真係估唔到會咁樣上菜,造型都唔錯。原來佢條魚切開幾段,將冬菇、金華火腿、筍片夾入中間拎去蒸,所以造型都幾特別。少試一啖,魚肉幾入味,肉質OK啦。兩舊迷你冰皮月餅,應該係最基本綠豆餡,但係太飽無食到。以上咁多樣都係四人套餐包嘅野,其實份量都好多,我地四丁友真係食唔晒,分分鐘五、六個人食都仲得。其實唔理佢係唔係六折啦,都算唔錯呀,真係食得好飽。所以話,有時套餐都幾抵食。得閒要留意下信用卡嘅Promo,有驚喜呢。…Read More

酒店半自助餐

餐廳唔算好大,11:30黎到,剛剛入座,無乜人。我地坐靠牆二人梳化卡位,奇怪中間啲枱係清一式長枱,無分兩位、四位咁。咁咪即係全場搭枱? 奇怪最鍾意煙三文魚,自加他他汁,另一款應該係煙吞拿都幾好味。六款芝士,老公至愛,唔知有乜好食。刺身都OK新鮮,自己食幾多夾幾多,Re-fill都幾快。沙律菜選擇唔算多,但菜都幾新鮮。龍蝦湯味道不錯,夠濃味,又杰身,咁好彩仲撈到幾粒龍蝦肉。食到咁上下,主菜就送到。每日有五款主菜,我地揀左以下兩款 (個名水蛇春咁長....)澳洲免治羊冧肉餡餅伴全麥中東包及鷹嘴豆醬配薄荷乳酪話係肉餡餅原來係類似漢堡扒,切開肉餅肉汁豐富流晒出黎。食落有少少羊膻味,但調味較為清淡,淡淡地。中東包本身幾好味,外脆內軟,煙煙韌韌,麥味仲好香。配上三款醬,薄荷味幾香、番茄粒粒加些少香料粉、另一款本來食唔出咩醬,以為係薯仔蓉,淡淡地,有啲豆味,原來係鷹嘴豆醬,大鄉里唔識,係第一次食。呢份主菜幾有中東風味,個人就麻麻地,但老公好鬼鍾意,因為夠特別喎。香煎西冷伴磨菇蓉及焦糖甜薯我揀左呢款西冷,賣相非常吸引,西冷大大塊上面舖滿磨菇蓉。切開西冷,大約六成熟左右,個人最鍾意呢個熟度。西冷入口好腍,邊位少少筋都食得到。牛味唔太濃但都OK,幾Juicy。幾鍾意佢個磨菇蓉醬,係粒粒碎磨菇,味道好香,仲食到好似有些少黑松露味。食完主菜繼續自助狂食,幾款水果,順便拎埋紅酒燴梨,燴梨入晒味,紅酒味幾香,不錯。最後到甜品時段,拎晒全部試一Round。最鍾意法式焦糖燉蛋,味道非常香甜,面層焦糖勁脆,細細杯兩啖食晒,所以食左三杯。白朱朱古蛋糕都唔錯,朱古力味幾甜,中層係黑朱古力蛋糕。芝士蛋糕味道夠濃,正常水準。第一次食紅蘿蔔蛋糕,質感有啲似香蕉蛋糕,幾鬆軟,味道係紅蘿蔔加上肉桂味,味道其實幾香,但個人麻麻地。芝麻奶凍睇落幾好,但入口唔夠味,有啲失望。青蘋果奶凍,係奶凍加青蘋果蓉層層疊,酸酸甜甜幾有趣。芒果布甸正常質素。豆腐花味道OK嘅,可惜唔算太滑。麵包布甸有啲失望,淡而無味。反而西米焗布甸就幾香。呢度無朱古力噴泉,只有預早整好嘅朱古力餅乾條同棉花糖。雪糕時間有自助任唧乳酪,超級冰凍,味道勁濃,超爽。Haagen Daza有雲尼拿、香蕉、咖啡、朱古力味。整體黎講,主菜係非常讚,中間嘅自助食品都唔錯。都知道半自助餐嘅自助食品唔算多,但款式都幾多元化。值得一讚,服務員非常有禮貌,而且收碟都好勤力,又可能平日時間人流唔多,基本上一食完放低刀叉,五秒後必有人收走隻碟。最抵嘅係,今餐午市時間係由11:30至14:30,食足三個鐘。梳化坐得舒服唔太迫,就算食飽投降,都仲可以飲下野慢慢坐,他他條條,呢餐真係非常滿意。…Read More

今次試團購唔算好伏,但有反省,同大家分享下。朋友提議買呢個團購,團購介紹寫到好吸引咁,話酒店級日式放題,諗住平平地試下。野食一般啦,款式選擇唔算多,味道都係咁啦。前後兩碟刺身,有少少求奇,剛送上黎係OK新鮮嘅,刺身都幾厚切。但因為無冰底,刺身好快玩完。半個鐘之後發生咩事,唔洗多講。前後3 Round壽司都係OK嘅,一口大小易入口。軍艦、鰻魚壽司同花之戀都係唔錯嘅,特別鍾意鰻魚芝士卷。團購客送嘅一人一件鵝肝多士,個人唔食鵝肝,但多士係幾脆幾好味嘅。鹽燒雞軟骨正常,但部份燒得太燶,帶苦味。雞翼又係燶嘅...羊架都係燶嘅...一口牛,算係比較好嘅出品,牛肉唔乾,OK!鹽燒牛舌配黑椒,不錯吃。凍豆腐、炸生蠔、厚燒玉子正常同行嘅變態人狂叫炸物,真係唔怕食到喉嚨痛,我只敢少試。天婦羅蝦、蟹柳正常。忌廉薯餅唔錯,夠忌廉。一口芝士粒又幾好味喎,忌廉芝士炸左佢外脆內軟。最愛嘅芝士年糕,煙韌年糕配爆漿芝士餡。香芋栗子餅又幾好食,幾香甜,有粒粒栗子,呢個有驚喜。團購客每人送一杯哈根大師,揀左最愛嘅士多啤梨味,呢個係全場嘅MVP。整體黎講,野食係正常啦,壽司算唔錯,係燒野唔太掂,件件都燒燶。正價唔建議,有團購的話,大前題係﹕ 如果放題有兩個鐘或以上時限的話....話說今行放題時間得個半鐘,17:30食到19:00,佢上菜速度係正常嘅,收碟清理都幾密。放題時間實在唔夠,成件事好似打仗咁,一送上黎就食食食,直情衝鋒陷陣咁,可能我食得慢啦,好彩有兩位男士戰鬥力十足。今次之後,我決定以後以後唔會食時限得1.5hr嘅放題! 講完!…Read More

既然是仙台料理當然要試牛舌了事實上我也想不起另一種仙台美食菜單上還有牛舌刺身留給想和牛"打茄輪"(接吻)的人去試吧!一如既往地把我錯認為日本人店方派出不通華語的日藉女侍應招待前菜是一小"注"菠菜小食生薑煮牛舌用烤牛舌剩下的邊緣部分煮成味道ok價錢合理生啤和汽酒炭烤極上牛舌烤得很好牛舌夠厚有肉汁肉質鬆軟調味也好的確是本地少數美味的烤牛舌烤黑毛和牛串也不錯烤得夠香也有肉汁雞頸肉烤得不夠香但味道ok雞腎有雪藏味烤生蠔味道普通烤魷魚肝(連內臟)有驚喜(不過味道未必人人能接受)像極了去年在北海道BBQ時吃到的美味燒飯團(明太子)      飯團不錯     但明太子太少明太子茶泡飯飯團和茶泡飯都是混合了白米和一種像薏米的殼物煮成增添了口感味道不算特出不過我還會再去但祇吃烤牛舌+啤酒和燒飯團沾魷魚肝汁一起吃…Read More

7點多的晚飯時間,門外已排滿6-7台的客人,幸而店子安排了不少的椅子供食客坐著等候,即使店內座位不是太多,也不用等得太辛苦。我們倆口子花了大概半個小時的時間,終於獲安排入座了。即使是在雜誌,還是店方在門外的宣傳,都是主打著吉豬和牛扒的。但遺憾地來的這天牛扒已經售罄,因此也別無選擇,唯有選上另一個想試的 冰極炸豬扒餐牌是以ipad奉上的,除了炸豬扒外,還有 ice burger (看見是用兩個手指包夾上雪糕製成)和其他不同味道的份子雪糕,有如 馬騮搣,及 菠蘿包等味道,真使人難忘。我們倆口子也另外點了菠蘿包味份子雪糕,一試lab made外的份子選擇。這個炸豬扒也極速地送上了。以冷烏冬碟盛載的炸豬扒,表皮真的和吉烈豬扒不枉多樣,有點以假亂真的感覺。隨碟更附有奇異果和果醬伴碟,急不及待的帶起筷子起動。一咬下去,在”豬皮” 中間的雪糕衝口而出,冰凍的感覺迅即蔓延口中,正合近來炎熱的天氣。沾以果醬吃,更加有另一番味道。雪糕採用了細滑的牛奶,吃下去有濃濃的奶香。至於另一樣的甜品- 菠蘿包味份子雪糕,果真是有香香的菠蘿包味道,加上混在其中的菠蘿包皮,確實不錯。但比較甜,如果不喜歡太甜的朋友,也可以選擇一下其他的味道。用的也是細滑的牛奶雪糕,味道狐得也不錯。這小店用創意去創出與別不同的fushion甜品,值得支持,但觀乎其他的食家經驗,比較少見到冰極鐵板牛扒的供應,有空一定會專程到這店再戰"牛扒"。…Read More

店內雖然人數及工作人員不多,但見出來的成品卻是井井有條,而他與客人的對話以及處理壽司時認真而且不苟言笑,其實店內的氣氛都幾安靜的。而店內的擺設認真,例如可以看看楊枝以及筷子的擺設,不知何解就令我想起日本一些信札外的設計.這兒雖然說有三種料理最出名,當然不只這樣吧。不過一定要提提就是這兒的壽司定食啦壽司飯粒軟硬酸度溫度掌握得準確,這是食壽司的最最基本,魚的厚度及覆蓋面也很足夠,而最出色的應是這兒的吞拿魚腩以及海膽,前者肥美而嫩而後者甘香夠黏,滿足滿足。而更驚喜更是這兒的鐵火卷,紫菜脆已經難得,還有陣陣的燒過的香氣,這店在紫菜的存放一定下了很好的功夫啦。而大家都可能想問這個小小的壺裝的是什麼。答案是一壺熱辣辣的清魚湯。用杯飲的。肉質及肉味明顯不同,在街外普通食店食到的鰻魚就算燒得好透都有一點點草青澀味,就算放上不少的蒲燒醬也會發現。但這兒的蒲燒汁下會太濃,燒起來的魚身就不感到這陣草青澀味之外,肉質更較彈牙,不過大家要留心魚中骨也不少,在品嚐中要非常小心,不要以為像外面的一些去掉骨的。最後當然有一些與日本午餐附上的甜點或雪榚啦。…Read More

間野開左幾年,每個星期都經過,但以前得西餐食(裡面張介紹講明店主原本系西廚,之後先有研究咖哩),而無咖哩嘅。 舖頭得兩個人,一男一女做嘢 我地商量食咩咖哩嘅時候,相信系老闆娘嘅人話叫個咖哩牛腩,不過我地想試齊舖頭所有嘅咖哩,所以最初無打算叫,而叫左五色咖哩配薄餅(但因為唔夠食,最後都係叫左牛腩),小食方面仲叫左蒜香牛柳粒。主菜有雞卷意粉配沙律菜(送茴香南瓜湯同飲品)首先到嘅雞卷意粉配沙律菜直覺已經覺得唔夠食,D菜仲多過D意粉,不過D意粉加左自製嘅蜜糖芥末醬,甜甜酸酸做沙律醬。當我發現雞捲『唔見左』嘅時候,見到兩片『茄子』,唔止個樣似,咬落口感都差不多,只不過呢個有少少雞味,即係新一代分子料理咁話啦喔~五色咖哩配薄餅最出名嘅黑色:D人覺得佢唔好食,因為佢地知道呢個系咖哩,如果你的唔當呢個系咖哩,香蕉為個汁帶來果香,吞落去有少少苦味,唔知同介紹話有朱古力去煮有無關係?不過單系呢兩種材料,應該唔會有呢種黑色,唔知系墨魚汁定芝麻呢黃色:正常巴基斯坦味道,呢度勝在茴香等等嘅香料夠濃味,但唔會好辣!綠色:介紹話落左香茅同南薑,都有少少香茅味,裡面嘅粒粒有辣味嘅,應該就系南薑白色;正常咖哩+椰汁紅色:正常嘅咖哩可能都有番茄,但唔會番茄多過咖哩,但呢個就係可以番茄多過咖哩,但同時有咖哩香味南瓜湯反而之後到,因為有忌廉,所以會滑,但仍然有淡淡茴香味咖哩牛腩轉配薄餅(+8),都係同上面個『黃咖哩』一樣系巴基斯坦咖哩,但有牛肉味,更香,裡面有D豆嘅物體唔知係咪花生,牛腩亦唔會過林。…Read More
