Came here with a friend originally for happy hour only and were treated to the super relaxed atmosphere of their outdoor rooftop drinks area. Very chill chill vibes and a great hangout place to catchup with friends.Was feeling a little hungry so we ordered a salmon tartare and Surf'n'Turf to share on top of our drinks. We had no idea that the salmon tartare would be next level impressive! Was craving Japanese food and couldn't decide between getting sushi/ sashimi vs yakitori vs hotpot - the answer? why not all!?That's how we ended up at this japanese buffet place. Overall environment was quite comfortable with a large floor area and tables comfortably apart. The ordering system was easy to use and environmentally friendly (order on your phone via QR code).  The food also came quite quickly and was accurate to the order, both of which is highly appreciated at these type of eateries.Anyway, as we were pretty hungry we ordered quite a number of dishes, beginning with nearly every type of sushi on the menu! Appearance-wise, all were meticulously prepared and very well presented. A friend told me there was a new chill spot in Knutsford and decided to go try with a couple of friends after work.Located super convenient in the first building at Knutsford Terrace, the first thing you notice walking into the restaurant is the impeccable design and tasteful furnishing - great ambience, very spacious, and just the right lighting to elicit a relaxing mood.We ordered a couple of drinks to start and i chose one called the Refreshing Passion. Just like it's namesake, the drink was thirst quenching and delicious. Not too sweet, not too tangy.On to the food, we were feeling a little peckish so we got started on some appetizers first. My favourite was the crab meat tartare which was was truly amazing - Fresh crab, sweet mango and creamy avocado. Superb!   Next up was the M5 Wagyu. Cooked to a perfect medium, the meat was tender, flavorful and juicy. Saw photos of this place all over my IG particularly for their cheesy dishes – rice, ribs, wings, you name it, they’ve cheesed it! So anyway we came here to try and it was definitely an experience to remember!We ordered the cheese ribs and kimchi rice balls, one because we loved cheese, and two because we like playing with our food. Well first up was the cheese ribs and we did not realize that they did the melting in front of us, so it was amazing when the handsome oppa came over with blowtorch in hand and started lighting up our dish! Food and a show, what a bargain! It was absolutely insane seeing the cheese oozing and melting and just smelling it made our mouths water.The next dish we knew was prepared at the table and we were served the ingredients the rice balls deconstructed and we had to make them using the little stove in front of us.
