朋友仔生日,今次來到尖沙咀,THE ONE大力棒棒食野,食左先來小食,鴨胸片同店員推介是日例湯,哈蜜瓜燉老雞,鴨胸片好煙燻好好食,個湯火喉足夠,夠味,真正老火湯,煲得夠時間,而d湯料雞都仍然有鮮味,GOOD。晾衫白肉,好有心思的小食,你睇d青瓜同白肉晾起,好得意,青瓜同白肉片得夠簿,食時必定要點個辣醬,聽聞是秘製的,因我試過就咁夾起食係冇乜味,加起d夠咸夠辣既醬食就真係精髓所在。雞絲粉皮,d雞絲夠多好入味,但粉皮略為切粗左少少,d花生醬又唔太夠滑,但d花生醬味係OK既,所以整體都OK。飽受折磨,果名特別到唔知係乜來,好彩餐牌有相有介紹,是炸金菇來的,便試試,食落出奇既好味,好有心機做出來既一味小食,金菇應該係一條條浸炸粉炸出來既,所以每條都好脆好好味。七味脆西施,又係好特別既的名,呢果原來係炸豆腐,d豆腐好滑,d外皮炸得好脆,d粉果然有七種味即好夠味,細細粒易入口。大蝦球鍋貼,係多士上面有蝦,嘩,呢味真係超好食,多士厚簿適中夠脆唔油,蝦夠大舊夠鮮夠味。非常完美既配搭。士多啤梨蝦球酥盒,好似甜品既一碟小食,士多碑梨配上果沾,甜甜酸酸好開胃,蝦配起又唔覺怪,反而咸加甜配起剛好,要贊一贊果酥皮,真係做到名符其實一個盒盛住d餸,呢個酥皮整得又脆又香又夠熱,口感一流,必試。砵酒焗桶蠔,我其實一向唔鍾意食蠔,但都覺得呢個OK,蠔好大隻,一桶重有五隻咁多,咬開d蠔好乾淨好肥大,炸皮雖厚左少少,但都脆,甜甜的,整體OK。花膠杞子浸菜笛,呢味我最喜歡,雖則花膠少左d,得三隻,但因為價錢唔貴,三隻其實算多,花膠浸得夠林夠入味,而且真係好新鮮,杞子夠大粒,菜苗好"林"好清潔,又夠細棵,其實精華所在係d湯,夠哂濃,冇味精,d湯令到每樣餸變成格外好食,好食到最後我直頭連d湯都飲埋。富貴炒飯,名符其實,係好富貴呀,有鮑魚啦,帶子,大蝦,蟹子等貴價海鮮,d鮑魚真係大大粒架,好厚身,係靚鮑離架,帶子都係大大粒,好爽口,蝦又好爽脆,飯又唔油,一粒粒,好有鑊氣,超正既富貴炒飯呢!整體黎講,朋友仔們對呢餐好滿意,雖然價錢比係新界區貴,但尖沙咀地段算係甘,真係叫抵食。…Read More
