世上無新事.這次Houseware Fair真的什麼也看不上. Ah~累了還是先找吃的. 第一次到六樓會景餐廳. Lunch Buffet $198.盡管試一試~基本上分五個區: 沙律bar.壽司bar.Noodles bar.熱食section.甜品section. 先吃沙律.有六款以上非常新鮮的沙律菜.再加上十多款配料.八款dressing.還有專人為你撈沙律.十分吸引~用大大的白碗盛著滿滿的mix greens混上適量的balsamic vinaigrette & olive oil.非常清新! 吃著那碗大大的沙律,卻望著別人吃大大的麵.差不多每一檯也至少有一碗. Crab Cakes有兩件.外面脆口.內裡既蟹肉一絲絲的.略嫌調味重了點.蓋過蟹肉本身鮮味.今次係我第一次o係香港既Ruth's Chris食牛.都有d expectation.雖然大家主打都係美國Prime Steak,但Menu就唔係好同.主要係冇左d specialty marinated steak.當然靚牛只須salt & pepper都會好食,但印象LA Ruth's Chris既specialty new york尤其出色. 一個朋友點了medium既Petit Filet with Shrimps: Filet當然係好腍.可惜好明顯overcooked.唔香.而且得兩隻fully cooked既蝦有點唔太值. 另一個朋友箍牙,所以選了12oz medium rare USDA Prime Ribeye試下有幾腍.肉質嫩滑但唔係top Prime.生曰大佬點了Bone-in Cowboy Ribeye.而我都係點我最愛既New York Strip.我同個waiter講要medium rare-rare.要warm center既rare.佢建意Rare Plus. haha其實以我經驗,Steak house好少能夠做到rare.因為要放上熱碟,牛扒本身等既時間仍然係cook緊.到佢放到你面前永遠只有熟d.所以我order rare plus只會希望出黎既時候依然係medium rare.還好,仲係medium rare+ (not medium *phew*). 外面煎得脆脆.肉味頗濃.不過有d根位.算係四個之中最香既一個. Overall okay.不過唔覺得加左牛油香d,只係油左.我地本來唸住叫dessert,點知個waiter好醒目咁放好哂餐具.然後送上有Happy Birthday同candle既bread pudding.我地都幾surprise.生曰大佬就更加以為係我地預先prepare. Bread Pudding有唔同既果肉加上cinnamon,好有口感. 今晚同媽咪去Cafe on the Park. 其實早年試過覺得so so,又見Open Rice d reviews都麻麻地唔想再試.咁岩buffet club有張buy1-get1-free,加上見佢地做緊美國牛肉同鵝肝buffet,咪去試多次囉. 六點半準時開始,先試海鮮section:有龍蝦仔.青口.大蝦.田螺.聖子.凍蟹.蟹腳...大蝦都幾大隻,不過我食兩隻,一隻okay,有一隻唔新鮮...田螺聖子唔甜唔鮮.凍蟹冇味!!! 蟹腳營養不良,幸好都仲有鮮味. Italian beef carpaccio切得好薄.薄牛片幾新鮮.可惜完全冇肉味.或者芝士完全cover晒d肉味o掛...三文魚生幾新鮮肥美.生牛肉刺生有點'鞋'...三文魚同瀨尿蝦壽司既飯太硬好實...見佢特別state有USDA西冷牛既沙律就試下.點知西冷牛條超級'鞋',個沙律唔知撈左d乜好腥. 鵝肝pâté唔太濃亦唔smooth.擦落cracker似花生醬...有個竹筒靈芝水魚湯幾潤,筒筒有水魚. 其餘仲有幾款湯不過冇試...主菜種類幾多,不過質素好粗. 要左一小片比較raw既Prime Ribs,okay啦.唔香但至少唔'鞋'口.根位都有點'蘇'...紅酒炆牛根.腩?要算全晚最好既一個牛dish.好入味既牛根.好淋.膠質好好...海南雞surprisingly有雞味,雞胸肉都做得好滑!! 燒Lamb Rack過熟.幸好唔'老'... 蜜桃伴鵝肝新鮮燒出黎分小份,通常最快冇晒.鵝肝需不算入囗即溶,但鵝肝味道始終好香,忍唔住食左四小碟仲將佢配唔同食物食.呵呵~鵝肝燒賣或鵝肝麵包都幾好~~~ 甜品種類算多,但款款差唔多.個walnut brownie配vanilla sauce好好味. bread pudding都好外香內滑.服務態度非常好.環境okay.位與位之間比較窄..Overall so so.其實佢既牛+鵝肝宴都真係麻麻.質素非常一般.牛既quality頂多只係USDA select or lower.以$328晚餐來算有點不值...如果唔係有coupon,我唔會再黎lur.…Read More
