我最近去咗尖沙咀嘅燒鳥屋本食飯,我好滿意呢次嘅dinner。呢間餐廳嘅環境舒適,服務態度都好友善,食物嘅味道更係令我叫絕。燒鳥屋本嘅菜單上擺滿咗各式各樣吸引人嘅菜式,但我最推薦嘅就係佢哋嘅招牌菜吞拿魚他他。呢道菜以新鮮嘅吞拿魚為主要材料,配上獨特嘅調味料同醬汁,味道真係好鮮美。吞拿魚嘅質感鮮嫩,再加上醬汁嘅香氣,每一口都係令人回味無窮。仲有,佢哋嘅燒烤技巧都好到位,魚肉燒烤得剛剛好,外脆內嫩,口感好正。除咗吞拿魚他他之外,仲有好多其他好味嘅菜式。佢哋嘅燒雞串烤得啱啱好,香嫩多汁,令人一口接一口。佢哋嘅燒烤鮮魷魚亦都係超正嘅選擇,鮮嫩嘅魷魚配上微微焦香嘅外皮,口感好好。另外,佢哋嘅燒豬頸肉都好受歡迎,肉質鮮嫩,配上酸甜嘅醬汁,味道更加豐富。 continue reading

自問食過尖沙咀好多間日本菜,呢間真係數一數二正👍🏼但講明先,地方細細,唔係大餐廳,主要食日式串燒為主。真係岩晒啲想同朋友傾計既小聚就岩晒!餐牌價錢好平民價,野食選擇仲唔少,lunch hour仲有定食。。主要特别欣賞呢度既串燒,即叫即燒,用炭爐!所有串燒既熟成度掌握得好之餘係有炭香。重點一啲都唔貴!必食呢度既月見雞棒,好鬼正,咬落係爽口,仲要一粒粒軟骨都食到!加埋個蛋漿真心無得輸!新菜式咖喱焗蠔,咖喱帶起左蠔嘅鮮味,仲要加左少少香菇,真心如果配個白飯仲正😂炸野都勁抵食,幾十蚊大大碟,性價比極高,不過相比起串燒,個人都係鍾意串燒多啲🤭❤️。仲有一樣就係因為間鋪夠細,所以啲staff勁有人情味,又會一齊傾下計,真心好日本feel既隱世好餐廳😍 continue reading

今日同一班表兄弟姊妹約埋一齊去尖沙咀食飯,突然間心血來潮想食你日式串燒同埋飲番幾杯燒酒。上網搵到呢間餐廳,果然冇去錯。性價比非常之高,適合一班朋友把酒談歡。老闆,今日介紹咗一支日本空運嘅sake俾我哋,價錢唔算貴,味道唔錯,容易入口。再加燒蝦仔早前菜真係正。燒蝦火候十足,但係又唔會太乾。最正係可以連殼食,啱晒我啲懶人。再嚟就係燒魷魚,配酒一流。外脆內軟。第三到前菜係炸雞軟骨,外面嘅粉唔多,10分好食食完前菜,主菜第一食係燒馬友,呢一個非常有驚喜,外面香脆封住新鮮嘅魚肉。裏面嘅肉好似蒸魚一樣鮮甜。強烈推介。第二道菜式係燒虎蝦,食材新鮮,又夠大隻。蝦肉十分彈牙。再嚟第三道海鮮,燒象拔蚌。呢一個菜式,最有驚喜,肉質非常鮮甜,裏面再有少少海帶更加帶出鮮味第四道菜式,係雞棒。雞棒配生雞蛋醬。正最後再來一串雞肉串燒。火候十足。 continue reading
