預先一日係電話約咗星期六六點半5位,伙計回答話有位。到達現場,佢哋有3間鋪,先入A鋪問攞位,伙計話冇位,叫我哋去問B鋪,去到B鋪再問,個伙計問都冇問清楚,就大大聲話 - "冇book就冇位!" 我哋話已經book咗位,於是佢又叫我哋去C鋪問,跟著C鋪伙計又叫我哋去番A鋪,最後A鋪伙計揾腦細,個腦細就掹口掹面,勉強安排咗一張5人枱,不過張枱對正廁所門口,樓梯口,看似貨倉嘅出入口。最後我哋决定放棄啦,吾要位走人啦。呢間嘢,客人book咗位好似無處理過,無組織安排可言,伙計粗聲粗氣,個腦細個塊吾耐煩,不洩一顧嘅表情,相信對所有客人,除非係名人或熟客,都係一樣。今次真係一次深刻體驗咩叫做一出名就巴巴閉。 continue reading

聞名不如嚟食,終於約到一班人一齊食正宗潮州菜!究竟同一般打冷有咩分別呢?答案自己睇圖片😏❣️鵝腸拼鵝片,好足份量,啲鵝腸好入味,鵝片肥瘦適中,正!❣️凍蟹❣️蠔餅,夠香口,多蠔有蛋味,無乜漿我鍾意 ❣️大地魚炒芥蘭,有鑊氣 。❣️椒鹽九肚魚,唔多炸粉,好香口,冇乜細骨 。❣️蠔仔粥,啖啖蠔啲蠔仔都算大粒!❣️潮州醃蟹,潮州版醬油蟹,真係呢度先食到,唔腥唔臭,同韓國有得媲美 。❣️蝦棗蟹棗❣️綠豆爽❣️反沙芋,潮州名物,好少地方整得咁正宗好食 。今次呢餐飯,喺特別歡送兩個將會移民嘅朋友,所以去呢一間正宗潮州菜,都算好有紀念價值,希望佢哋一路順風,相信佢哋一定會會好掛住香港啲嘢食 。 continue reading

老字號,有水準。潮洲菜愈來愈小,先黎個豬紅,好滑,好香。隻魚係馬友,好多黃油,小小淋,有魚香。鼓椒炒蜆就夠惹味,但有啲係霉霉地,整體ok。蒸鱔食過兩次,上次陳皮,今次豉汁,都係麻麻地,好實。一定要試嘅係紅燒魚翅,係一排排的,超濃湯,超滿足,加埋火腿,香味一流。又唔漿口,真心正。蠔仔粥一窩兩份食,啱啱好,傳統味道。重點係個糖水,清心丸綠豆邊,煲到起晒沙,甜味適中,可以添食呀,無敵。最後飲啖功夫茶。滿足。 continue reading

耐唔耐想食潮州菜都會黎上環既尚興,店舖裝修十年如一,好有粵語長片既感覺,舊式老派裝潢,充滿人情味既職員,餐後仲有綠豆清心爽送,好有心意!🦐乾炸蝦棗上檯時係凍冰冰😢好明顯係炸完攤左好耐!蝦膠味道偏淡,加左唔少馬蹄,入口更有層次,無一般炸物咁熱氣,亦都保留左潮式蝦棗既特色。潮州甜醬甜度適中,配上清淡既蝦棗更添風味!🥢豉椒炒花甲熱辣辣炒起上檯🔥花甲偏細隻但份量搭夠,吐沙乾淨,配上豆豉辣椒一齊炒,小小辣好惹味,配白飯或者潮州粥一流🥰🥄潮州紅燒魚翅湯頭鮮美香濃,有小小回甘既味道!魚翅係一條條,好似芽茶咁粗,口感滑溜,但唔係一排排,畢竟一分錢一分貨😂另外將芫荽放入湯底,令到入口生色唔少!🦪薑蔥桶蠔桶蠔甜甜地,應該係先用蜜汁醃一醃,再用大量薑蔥爆香,鑊氣好夠,而且蠔蠔既份量都多。價錢比其他熱炒貴,但係用料,味道同份量都比較優勝!🪿潮州滷水🍲蠔仔粥📍尚興潮州飯店上環皇后大道西29號地舖 continue reading
