black bean sauce 3tbsp

Method
Wash chicken and wipe dry. Cut into desired size and marinade.Stir in minced shallots as well.
Heat oil, stir fry chicken until golden in colour, remove from oil and drain well.
Heat a little oil,fryminced garlic and bean sauce, then add in chicken pieces and stir well. Stir until sauce starts to thicken and serve.
