1 lb butter
2 cups icing sugar
2 eggs
4 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk powder (3 ozs)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Red cherries, diced

Method
1. Cream the butter.
2. Add icing sugar, vanilla essence. Blend until milky white.
3. Add egg one at a time and blend contiuously.
4. Sift flour and milk powder. Add to butter mixture in 3 portions.
5. Prepare cookie sheet. Brush oil on the sheet. Dust flour on the sheet.
6. Use star-shaped decorator's tip to drop cookie mixture on the sheet. Put a small piece of chopped red cherries at the centre of cookies.
7. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit (Gas No 3). Bake for 15-20 minutes.
