Strawberry Pudding 士多啤梨布甸

Rinse strawberries. Remove leaves. Chop 5 of them finely, leave for later use.
Heat milk, add in gelatine and fructose, stir until melted, remove from heat and allow to cool.
Put in chopped strawberry. Pour mixture into mould and put in fridge until set. Sevre with sliced strawberry.
