To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好少黎新蒲崗,今次過黎做野順便食埋野先走。搵到呢間食海鮮粥底火鍋幾特別就試下啦。店舖唔算大,不過裝修都幾特別,一個個鍋係個牆到。呢間餐廳唔係任食,$198一位 ,包7種海鮮,6個自選配料,3個時蔬,最後會加粥膽幫你煮粥。佢係按人比份量,如果驚唔夠都可以另外加錢加配料。不過$198就唔包飲品,亦唔可以自己帶飲品去。一坐底佢就已經放左個粥水鍋係到喇,之後就拎左一個海鮮塔出黎,店員幫我地放左d 海鮮入去,有個計時器,一夠鐘就可以拎起喇。佢亦都有張指示比你睇住時間,包保唔會熟過頭。貴妃蚌最快,30秒食得,個湯底係粥水所以完全唔影響海鮮嘅鮮味,食落去勁清甜,一啲都唔腥👍🏻之後就係鮑魚同蝦。鮑魚size 都幾大隻,成隻匙羹咁大,又係3分鐘岩岩好,唔會太硬,好易咬開,咩野都唔洗落都好好食,食得出佢地嘅海鮮係好新鮮。蟹要放最長時間,10分鐘,個粥水湯底就開始變淡橙色,變成海鮮湯。蜆同沙白係一d沙都冇,粒粒都開口冇死蜆,而蟹亦都係肉蟹,隻隻腳都好厚肉,未試過係街咁比心機剝蟹😂餐廳食材真係揀得好。食完晒海鮮,就會上之前揀定左火鍋配料。肥牛係手切肥牛所以要等耐少少,另外黑毛豬肉都係肥瘦均衡,睇落都好靚。我見

食完晒海鮮,就會上之前揀定左火鍋配料。肥牛係手切肥牛所以要等耐少少,另外黑毛豬肉都係肥瘦均衡,睇落都好靚。我見到有花膠即刻點左,之後就叫埋墨魚滑,響鈴。全部點晒有👍🏻推介配料😊

一上菜店員就即刻幫我地落左花膠先,話要煮耐少少先會林,影唔到個份量,不過之後我地食極都仲有,應該係比左好多花膠😍肥牛切得好靚,肥瘦比例啱啱好,用清甜海鮮湯煮原來好食過出面打邊爐勁濃味湯底。豬肉切得薄身,快d煮,又唔會老左。墨魚滑亦有小量墨魚粒好有咬口好彈牙。重點d菜吸晒海鮮湯鮮味,超級鮮甜👍🏻
最後打完邊爐店員就幫我地煮粥喇。佢有好多種配菜比你揀,我地就淨係唔落芫荽。個粥膽勁大碗,勁驚食唔晒。

我地2個人一人有2碗半,其實太多,不過因為太好食所以都食晒。我聲隔離台係可以帶走。佢將全晚食材嘅精粹都吸晒,好似係用珍珠米做粥膽,加埋菜脯、冬菜、豬油渣,成個粥有口感之餘亦都好鮮甜。重點係我地落左咁多海鮮,一塊碎殻一粒沙都食唔到,好神奇啊😱
最後仲要有粒雪米糍做甜品,真係好滿粥😂
