To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日叫咗壹.01嘅外賣！當自己去台灣食咗餐飯啦😂性價比幾高架👍🏻🔸香蔥紫菜手撕雞飯(💰$57)🔸蜜汁紫菜酥炸排骨飯(💰$60)兩款飯都有大量紫菜、雪菜、蔥，好香口，好易送飯，感覺好豐富。不過有啲飯硬，又有啲飯軟，可以改良一下個飯底。如果可以有啲汁撈飯就更好啦。手撕雞同排骨都好多好大舊，啖啖肉。特別係個蜜汁排骨，醃得好入味，蜜汁甜甜地，真係好味😋🔸台北夜市小食拼盤(💰$36)有台灣腸、花枝丸、鹽酥雞台灣腸仲有啲蜜糖🍯鹽酥雞好脆👍🏻花枝丸都不錯👌🏻呢個小食拼盤可以滿足食熱氣嘢同去台灣嘅少少欲望😂🔸芋頭肉鬆脆皮麻糬蛋餅(💰$39)可能係外賣關係，一打開已經淋淋地，同埋個賣相都變咗樣😂不過都好香芋頭味。上次食過芝士火腿蛋餅，覺得比較好味😋宜家外賣自取仲有九折添！評分：7.5/10😋

🔸蜜汁紫菜酥炸排骨飯(💰$60)
兩款飯都有大量紫菜、雪菜、蔥，好香口，好易送飯，感覺好豐富。不過有啲飯硬，又有啲飯軟，可以改良一下個飯底。如果可以有啲汁撈飯就更好啦。
