那個黃昏吃完咖喱文,一肚氣,再轉戰肥仔文,終於從地獄返回天堂。生滾水蟹粥是招牌菜,$230一大窩,兩大隻水蟹無花無假,水蟹清甜鮮嫩多肉,一啖蟹一啖燙口的熱粥,十分滋味。炸雲吞併炸手打墨丸也是必吃,墨丸像乒乓波,香脆鮮味彈牙,但我更愛炸雲吞,略帶梘水味的雲吞皮用油炸後特別香特別脆,比薯片更味美。為試練厨師鑊氣而叫的蝦醬通菜牛也不得了,鑊氣十足,菜和牛肉都是生炒,我常懷著這卑微而合理的期望叫菜炒牛肉,十次有九次也失望,今次竟是第十次,是喜出望外,蝦醬鋪滿每一口菜每一口肉,無得彈。本來已動彈不得,還是執意要試這裡的竹昇麵,極彈牙,啖啖蝦子香,三兩口又遭消滅了。
