次次過大海,都指定要食返餐正宗葡國菜!😎 今次朋友帶路,去到氹仔舊城區一間叫「葡富軒 (Amora)」嘅餐廳,話係本地人私藏嘅飯堂。餐廳環境好舒服,有啲懷舊葡式裝修,坐得好relax。我哋四個人叫咗四個餸,樣樣都係驚喜!🤩
🥘 葡式海鮮濕飯 (Wet Seafood Rice)
呢個海鮮飯一上檯,我哋個個都心心眼!😍 用個傳統陶鍋上,熱辣辣,香氣撲鼻!個飯底完全索晒所有海鮮嘅精華,每一啖都係超濃郁嘅蕃茄同海鮮鮮甜味,而且唔會太鹹,味道啱啱好。入面嘅料多到誇張,有爽口彈牙嘅大蝦、鮮甜嘅蜆、嫩滑魷魚圈同青口,食得出好新鮮!個飯煮到軟硬適中,唔會太爛,真心好食到停唔到口!
🐙 烤八爪魚 (Grilled Octopus)
呢個八爪魚絕對係必點推介!一上檯賣相已經好吸引,大大隻八爪魚腳,烤到表面有啲焦香,但一切落去就知龍與鳳!🐙 口感超級超級嫩滑,完全唔會韌,中間仲帶少少煙韌,口感一流!味道方面,簡單用橄欖油同香料調味,更加突出八爪魚本身嘅鮮味,點埋旁邊嘅薯蓉一齊食,超夾!
🐖 烤乳豬 (Suckling Pig)
乳豬皮燒到勁香脆!一切落去嗰種「卜卜脆」嘅聲音,真係好治癒!😍 啲皮脆到好似薯片咁,但下面嘅肉就保持到非常嫩滑多汁,一啲都唔乾。雖然有啲脂肪,但食落完全唔會膩,反而令到口感更加油潤甘香。配埋個秘製醬汁,味道更有層次,我哋清晒成碟!
🥩 Secretos (伊比利亞黑毛豬肩肉) 呢個黑毛豬肩肉都好有驚喜!雖然望落好似平平無奇,但一食落去就知係好嘢!豬肉味超濃郁,肉質好嫩滑,邊邊位仲帶啲焦香,油脂分佈得好靚,入口即溶,好juicy!鍾意食豬嘅朋友一定要試!
