次次過大海,除咗掃街之外,最期待嘅就係食返餐正宗葡國菜!😍 今次唔想去啲太多遊客嘅餐廳,決心捐窿捐罅,結果喺議事亭前地附近嘅巷仔入面,比我哋搵到呢間「Alma 葡葉」!門口藍白色嘅葡式瓷磚,加埋個懷舊木酒桶餐牌,未食已經覺得好有feel!💯

餐廳入面裝修行簡約家庭風,坐得好舒服。我哋兩個人叫咗兩樣嘢,點知份量十足,食到捧住個肚走!

🥘 葡式海鮮濕飯 (Arroz de Marisco)

呢個海鮮濕飯一上檯,我哋兩個即刻「嘩」咗一聲!真係超大一鍋,用個傳統嘅葡式陶鍋裝住,熱氣騰騰,海鮮嘅鮮味係咁撲埋嚟,香到不得了!🤤

個飯底絕對係精華所在,索~~~盡晒所有海鮮嘅鮮甜味,每一啖都係超濃郁嘅海洋氣息,仲帶有微微嘅蕃茄酸香,非常開胃!入面嘅料多到滿瀉,有齊爽口彈牙嘅大蝦🦐、鮮甜飽滿嘅蜆肉、嫩滑嘅魷魚圈🦑同青口,全部都好新鮮,完全冇腥味。個飯煮到啱啱好,唔會太爛,口感好豐富。兩個人share真係大滿足!

🐟 Lagareiro 葡式焗馬介休 (Bacalhau à Lagareiro)

食葡國菜又點可以錯過馬介休!我哋揀咗Lagareiro做法,即係用大量橄欖油同蒜蓉去焗。一上檯就聞到超香嘅蒜香味!🧄

舊馬介休勁厚身,焗到外層有啲金黃香脆,但用叉輕輕一刮,入面嘅魚肉就一絲絲咁分開,口感超級嫩滑!魚肉本身嘅鹹香,配埋個充滿蒜香嘅橄欖油汁,味道好有層次,一啲都唔會死鹹。最正係旁邊嘅焗薯仔🥔,外皮焗到脆卜卜,入面就勁粉糯,索晒啲橄欖油汁,好食到停唔到口!

總結:
呢餐飯真係超有驚喜!無論係食物味道定份量都冇得彈,完全食得出係心機之作。
