每次帶朋友過澳門玩, 一定帶佢地食呢度的炭燒咸豬手
皮脆而香有肉汁, 起了整隻豬手肉, 條骨也可吃它的骨膜, 最好吃是連皮和少許肥膜吃.
但不幸地有時師傅失手燒到冇汁會好乾口不好吃.

中式抄法, 好有鑊氣, 好好食, 比正宗的葡式抄菜好吃

熱辣辣皮脆肉出煙好好味, 連餐送的.
