對上次喺澳門食嘅葡國菜仲好掛住,今晚專登再嚟回味!想喺舒服環境食正宗葡式風味,葡景軒係個好選擇。葡式香腸 (Chouriço à Portuguesa)師傅會推車過嚟你張枱,即場用火槍烤香腸!表面炙到有層脆皮焦糖面,切開見到入面金黃透亮。最特別係肉餡撈咗馬介休油渣,鹹香味即刻升呢,食落更香口!馬介休球 (Bacalhau Croquette)澳門人由細食到大嘅comfort food!外皮炸到脆卜卜,入面薯蓉滑捋捋,重點係咬開會見到一絲絲馬介休(鹹鱈魚)!記住點喼汁(即係辣醬油)先係地道食法~葡式烤乳豬 (Leitão Assado)乳豬皮脆到不得了,用刀背輕輕啪兩下,咔嚓聲全場都聽到!秘訣係要吊起風乾,再用葡式啤酒醃過。出爐唔單止皮脆,肉質仲嫩滑多汁,切開真係滴緊汁㗎!
