從香港到來,兩年前第一次食熊貓,已經有驚喜,今次3人點了低溫慢煮厚燒牛筋骨,慢煮一向都不失望,果然肉質嫩滑而入味,脂肪位不多,肉汁,牛味香濃,可惜的是如果配菜是薯蓉把肉汁都不浪費會更好.再點了以前叫過的乳豬,風味保持,肉質嫩滑,皮脆.由於太多肉,點了個普通的葡汁焗什菜,正正常常,餐飲點了紅酒特飲,果然食牛是要配紅酒。。。正
