澳門有好幾間韓國菜都好好味,今次試下氹仔E間老店梨花苑。一入店,4, 5枱都係韓國人,大大聲講野,應該都係正宗先咁多韓國人啦!食物方面,我地點左以下菜式:8種前菜夠豐富,泡菜好味,椰菜勁辣勁開胃燒雞肉,大大份,唔姑寒,但鼓油多左D燒豬頸肉個爐有舊肥豬肉,用黎燒D油出黎,雖然好香好惹味,但就極之邪惡,食完好有罪惡感牛骨湯:勁多牛骨勁少湯,湯味好濃,幾匿味海鮮餅:個餅本身己經少辣,個汁就中辣,食完狂飲水年糕:年糕軟綿綿,大大LOOK,好辣好好味,但食唔哂,食左幾舊就打包走整體黎講算係普通,D野都幾大份,但太重口味唔岩香港人口味。 continue reading

我同朋友二人第一到依間韓國菜到食野,從外面睇到裡面,D人都外傭好似D越南,菲菲阿果種,一個似韓國人都無.... 我地點左兩個人的套餐. 二人份的套餐包括肥牛, 牛脊骨同雞塊. 肥牛的數量約大概5-6片,薄的,當然肉質五錯,放入烤鍋時有滋滋聲同有油花,可能由於有加入其它調味料食上去肉質鬆軟,肥質的就要咬多二下. 至於5-6件的牛背脊骨,由於有連住塊骨頭要熟的時間就長D而且由於肥牛同雞塊熟得快,所同好快就凍左,味道就變得一般般.6-8片的雞肉就是嫩. 套餐也包括一碗石鍋飯. 就系有豆莢,蘿蔔絲,節瓜絲,海帶絲同雞蛋,然後店員就幫手搞勻. 感覺同平常D無太大區別. 後來我再步多個韓國泡菜辣湯. 頗為細的一碗,裡面有二三塊細豆腐,洋蔥同泡菜....辣辣的就同泡菜差不多...... 前菜有全部都系一少碟,有豆芽,醬菜,雞蛋,洋蔥,菠菜....個鍋就夠大拉,放上兩舊豬膏當油...如果系喜歡自己燒還好,我依D懶鬼完全五識燒....燒到D肉都黑....個飯就同平時食D差不多.... 對我來說,無任何一款特別的菜就系一間一般般的餐廳.... continue reading
