申請咗港珠澳大橋車牌之後過嚟澳門仲更加非常之方便🤣🤣好幾年冇嚟澳門食葡國菜,朋友介紹咗一間勁有氣氛古嘅裝修好友古舊嘅味道特色嘅葡國菜我哋早兩三日,已經預約book位門口已經好多個打卡位置,鍾意影相嘅朋友一定會鍾意嚟呢度我哋一行八人,基本上好多特色睬我哋都叫咗嚟試,佢嘅麵包好好食,我最鍾意就係呢啲望落去個樣好似好硬,其實內裏軟熟熟嘅包👍🏻👍🏻我最鍾意佢個檸檬蜆,清新得來有濃厚嘅白酒味道再配麵包食好好味😋?最後當然唔少得甜品啦,食葡國菜一定要食木糠布甸蛋糕🍰甜度正常唔會太甜,幾點打得非常之厚棉密好滑溜超好味冇嚟錯呢一間有正宗又有氣氛嘅葡國餐廳 continue reading

難得訂到婆仔屋,即來一個週末快閃澳門。中午到達古式古香既婆仔屋,環境好舒服,慢慢嘆葡國菜🤗八爪魚沙律~酸酸哋既沙律汁,好開胃醒神葡萄牙黑毛豬煙燻火腿~甘香,越咬越有味😎迷你沙甸魚~好脆😋白酒煮蜆~新鮮,用麵包索汁,好好味釀蟹蓋配迷你多士~多士好脆、蟹肉好正😋紅酒燴牛舌~冧海鮮燴飯~熱辣辣,飯濕潤😘辣汁燒雞~滑辣、伴碟既薯片好脆🤗好滿足既午餐,家人食得開心。Encore咗煙燻火腿,可惜今次與燒焗乳豬無緣,唯有給自己一個再來既藉口😎 continue reading

好多人讚不絕口的餐廳,特登去食,結果是完全無驚喜及食物平平無奇。叫了Top Five食物,味道很一般。雖然是得獎餐廳,但煮給普通客人食肯定同得獎菜式有差別。八爪魚沙律平平無奇,海鮮燴飯的材料都幾新鮮,味道OK,但無特別。對於富有盛名的餐廳來講除了餐廳本身建築物值得一睇,其他是失望多過預期 continue reading

去澳門點都要食返餐葡國菜😂ALBERGUE 1601 俾好多人叫「婆仔屋」對依個名感到好奇嘅我搵咗少少資料,前身係仁慈堂,因為戰後專門收容難民、窮人、未婚女性,後來亦都有講話係一間收容女性嘅老人院,住滿咗婆婆

之前去澳門玩都試過好幾間葡國菜,聽講都幾出名,不過都唔算特別好食。諗住今次去玩俾多最後一次機會去試葡菜,好彩最後有試到呢間婆仔屋1601,俾我哋都有機會食到好味的葡國菜。餐廳位於澳門荷蘭園,係一個富有舊時葡萄牙殖民地的氣息,四周圍都係舊時黃色嘅歐式屋仔,好有特色。講番野食,首先店員會上一籃小法包作為前菜,配有橄欖蓉俾我哋搽,法包略微偏硬,好彩我哋倒左啲初榨橄欖油黎點,呢個食法都幾好食。今次我哋兩個人叫左兩個餸,分別係焗鴨飯同辣汁燒雞。個焗鴨飯好得意,啲飯焦主要集中係表面,應該最尾攞左入焗爐焗脆左個表面,啲鴨肉就撕碎左撈埋係個飯入面,個飯有撈到醬汁(唔知係咪豉油),食落都有小小似港式臘味飯,而且有啲煙肉同葡式辣肉腸鋪左係面,岩岩上碟果陣見到連同飯焦一齊焗到啲油磁磁咁響,令人好有食慾。最後要介紹嘅就係辣汁燒雞,雖然餐牌寫需時25分鐘,但實際只需要大約15分鐘左右。第一感覺係份量唔小,有半隻雞,而且配菜有薯片。啲薯片似炸起無耐,非常香脆好食!隻燒雞都燒到岩岩好,皮脆肉嫩,咬落口仲有汁留出嚟,非常juicy,點雞個醬汁係非常之辣,唔知係咪有落到魔鬼椒果啲,連個店員都特登同我哋講話好辣叫我哋唔好點太多。整體而言,我哋都覺得呢間餐廳水準唔錯,呢個質素黎講價錢唔算特別貴(特別對比香港)。不過由於我哋都無試過係葡萄牙當地食葡國菜,而且對呢個國家嘅菜色無咩研究,因此評論唔到正唔正宗,總之係好食嘅!餐廳有葡萄牙殖民時代特色,走高級路線,店員大部分都唔識講中文,要以英文溝通,而且都好有禮貌,所以都十分推薦! continue reading
