甄其記麵家位於比較偏遠的地區,很少遊客光顧,來的大多數是住在附近的澳門人,賣的是傳統廣東麵食。店內陳設頗為殘舊簡陋,所用的傢俱都是一般麵店的方枱和摺櫈,燈光昏暗,門面絲毫不覺吸引,不過光顧過數次,覺得食物味道不錯值得推介,可是今次我要介紹的並不是麵食,而是她的杜仲豬骨湯!這個豬骨湯是用上新鮮豬骨、杜仲、龍眼肉、生地、杞子、茨實等中藥材所煲成的老火湯,豬骨不是只有淨骨,骨上還連著大大塊的肉,似是琵琶骨部份,豬肉煲得很稔很入味,入口即化! 湯的色澤金黃,味道香濃,真材實料!此湯亦可加入米粉、河粉或瀨粉同吃,每碗都只售十元,實在抵吃!由於多做街坊生意,店員都十分親切,常常與食客閒話家常,人情味極濃,縱然夜已深,食客還是絡驛不絕! continue reading
