原以為乙水仔舊區食物質素不會太差,這天早上隨便試了一家茶餐廳,但中計了。先說價錢,30 元只有一碗通粉和飲品,沒有蛋沒有包,比香港還要貴。貴也不是問題,但要給好的質素。我們點了牛肉和火腿通粉各一碗,牛肉浸了好許,老了,沒有牛味;通粉煮得太久,太林身,比自己煮還要差;最可怕是湯底,用上'福'字麵般勁味精的湯底,難頂!我們還點了豬扒包,可幸是豬扒包包底好脆,豬扒剛炸好,肉汁勁多,醃制的汁亦好'野'味,當中包含蕃茄減低油膩感。 continue reading

重回澳門客串幫手, 不過呢次轉戰氹仔, 開完通頂後已經餓到饑不擇食, 搭巴士見到有茶餐廳即落車入去食, 應該食乜都覺好味丫! 點知低處未見低... 風順堂區$22既早餐, 呢度要索價$30左右! 呢個餐牌每樣減$5就差唔多! 都係講下好野先... 凍咖啡, 賣相幾靚, 仲係兩層色, 味道唔係特別好, 只係唔差, 唔苦唔澀較柔和, 糖水自加...跟住要鬧喇... 牛肉通粉, 都預左係清湯, 個湯底跟本就係滾水黎! 淡得離普! 唯一慶幸的是有蔥粒同幾粒炸蒜咬下, 叫做衝激下味蕾, 好過無... 牛肉又厚又大塊, 問題在於好靭! 通粉唔係差既, 尚算彈牙... 但食通粉都係主要飲個湯底, 一啖粉連湯放入口, 好淡好悶呀!!! continue reading

HOLLY COW 的 SHOOTING schedule ,早上六點食完早餐,由八點拍野拍到二點半,先離FOUR SEASON HOTEL, 司機立即車我地去呢道食個快飯。在澳門搵食真係要等得,我地二點九TAKE ORDER,三點先有得食評:蝦子蛋白炒飯, 賣相不錯 。沒有肉既蝦子炒飯好DRY,味:好香,不個食入口好鬼咸。 6/10雖然好咸,不過好餓,都食左一半。如果改良一下,應該可以做推介炒飯。 continue reading
