To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾喜歡去 MoMoku 進餐,因覺得呢間食肆分店頗多,容易搵位,座位都算寬敞;另外食物款式頗多,尤其下午茶,炒粉麵飯夠晒煱氣、價錢相宜兼 keep 到水準!😉👆🏻“芝麻烤雞炒珍珠飯”~賣相顏色望落令人頗開心,雞粒、粟米粒、紅蘿蔔粒,配合野味醬汁一起炒好野味!😋👆🏻“野菌豚肉炒烏冬”~烏冬炒得好彈牙,豚肉煮得夠淋但有咬口,配合椰菜、紅蘿蔔絲,好味!😋👆🏻“熱🍋水”~幾特別,係用🍋蓉,少了點苦澀味,都唔錯!😉
