跟朋友在朗豪坊午餐,未試過火車頭越南餐室,見到客人也多便去湊湊熱鬧。「香茅豬扒湯檬」是不錯的選擇,豬扒厚身入味林滑帶點肥,有骨的豬扒煎得很香,份量也不少,檬粉吸收了湯底很好味。「生牛肉湯河」是這裏的名物,湯底用牛骨、洋蔥、香料等十多種材料長時間熬製而成,再配上鮮嫩薄切牛肉片,先喝一口湯,鮮甜,再配上另外小杯上的金不換、芽菜、青檸和紅椒,增添美味和層次感,很可惜芽菜有點黃,美中不足。搭配左兩個小食,「越南炸春卷」香脆好味,唔會肥膩。「越式蒸粉包」粉皮質感也不錯,好味。Upgrade 了餐飲,「椰汁涼粉珍多冰」濃郁的椰汁味道而且不會過甜。
