Picky Eater wanted to try this for lunch, as apparently this restaurant was from Japan. I wasn’t thrilled, given cholesterol concerns and wagyu in general being too fatty for me. Shared the “Premium Kobe and Wagyu beef 12 courses menu” ($972) and the beef tongue set ($128).Same salad for both sets. Normal set came with seaweed soup and rice; Premium set came with 蛋花湯 and cold noodles in tomato base (very nice chewy texture), scallop sashimi and cold roast beef.Normal beef tongue Premium beef set

Premium beef set included thick cut beef tongue, Kobe striploin (西冷), ichibo (marbled part of the beef's buttock/rump area) and tenderloin. Nice cuts of beef.

Dessert consisted of one small ice cream mochi. 炭燒咖啡 (not included) was good.

Korean style grill. Ventilation was excellent. Even tho we did our own grilling, couldnt smell anything on myself.
In summary: not bad, yakiniku fans to try.
