My wife used to work in Trim Sha Tsui and she recommend me to have lunch in this tonkatsu restaurant.I ordered the ロースtonkatsu set. It served with a salad which is fresh. The pork chop is perfectly deep fried and super crispy. The pork is not the highest class, but is cooked very soft. However, it cannot dent that the pork chop is not juicy enough. The rice is pearl rice, which is delicious. However, the soup is not 赤味噌. Japanese style should match 赤味噌with炸物normally.I will give 7 out of 10 for t
