Little did we know that Genki is THAT popular we actually waited for over 30 mins for a table for two! We got our ticket and even took a walk around Home Square and walk back just in time for our seats. Salmon sushi (both grilled and raw) is one of the “must order” items for me in Genki. We got our ticket and even took a walk around Home Square and walk back just in time for our seats. Salmon sushi (both grilled and raw) is one of the “must order” items for me in Genki. I also really like the grilled prawn sushi and the rolls on the menu. Don’t forget about the urchin as well, super fresh and delicious at a pretty reasonable price. They already used the upgraded “Kousoku” to deliver the sushi so the dish actually came really quickly when we’re eating. Genki have never disappointed me and I hope it will be able to maintain its standards in the coming years.
