I go to this restaurant regularly and this is the worst experience ever.I ordered siu mai with mushrooms and quail eggs, only to find out the dish is undercooked. I ordered siu mai with mushrooms and quail eggs, only to find out the dish is undercooked. After eating the mushroom on top, I was abhorred that the shrimps were still raw, and my mouth was filled with disgusting undercooked fillings.
The staff had no idea how to deal with the situation and it took them a while to respond to my complaint.
It is very disappointing that a popular restaurant (which used to be a good one) is completely ignorant about the potential health issues caused by bacteria in raw shrimps. Will never go to this place again.
食完舊冬菇先發現底下團粉同蝦都未熟。職員又懶懶閒。呢間餐廳視食物安全為無物,不知所謂。
