Quick squiz:

A light-filled airy interior during the day gives a relaxing atmosphere for lunch over an Asian take on Western food - or is it Western take on Asian food? Let's just say it's fusion.

More about the restaurant:

I've visited twice for lunch - once during the first week it opened and another couple of times recently. As they've gotten busier, service has gotten less attentive and they've definitely sqeezed more tables into what used to be a spacious comfortable interior. It's still reasonable but has noticeably lost its 'new restaurant' shine. A gripe on a recent visit is not being given any water, and when asked, gave us one glass for a table of four. Interesting how they really think only the person who asked deserved the water.

Weekday lunches go by a light set and an executive set. Light sets I've found to be sufficient but you may consider having one light set and one executive set shared amongst two people for greater variety and options to choose from. The pandan milkshake is refreshingly delicious
but a little steep in price (much more attractive to order if they gave a small discount after getting the lunch set).

Salads are tangy and vegetables fresh. Not to mention its colourful avantgarde mess really gives it some much welcomed pop.

The squid ink pad thai, spaghetti cabonara and baked tomato and basil spaghetti were satisfying mains and brings new flavours to the Central lunch scene.

Dessert was a notable let down. Quite disappointed given it was one of the reasons I went for the executive set. Photo pretty much explains it all.

The surrounds:
Located smack bang in the middle of LKF, there are plenty of dining choices but not many as new or vibrant as Townhouse. I've yet to visit at night but it has done great not to be a dreary dull lunch restaurant which many other restaurants around LKF have become.
