今次叫咗牛面頰長通粉
紅橙色嘅醬汁包住每條通粉,香味好吸引。醬汁係番茄忌廉底,酸甜平衡得幾好,質地濃厚但唔會太膩。牛面頰味道滲晒入肉 配埋通粉一齊食好入味。通粉煮得啱啱好,有彈性又唔過火,吸滿醬汁每啖都好惹味。最特別係上面加咗一球乳酪,酸味輕輕中和咗醬汁嘅厚重感,令成道菜更清爽同有層次。撈開嚟一齊食,會多咗種 creamy 同微酸嘅口感,好驚喜。上面仲有少少芽菜做點綴,睇落簡約又有心思。整體味道香濃又唔膩,牛肉嫩、通粉彈、乳酪滑,組合意外地夾。份量適中,一個人食完啱啱飽,係一道味道平衡又有驚喜嘅意粉。
