我哋去食下午茶,嗰日天氣好晒好熱,我哋被安排錯咗係一個面對太陽西斜嘅位。坐咗一陣發覺真係搞唔掂,好晒,嗰陣時啲嘢食都未上,我哋見到另外一邊有張二人枱,問咗其中一個waiter,我哋話好晒,都未出聲話想轉枱,waiter就答已經落咗窗簾,又話啲座位已經安排好晒,唔可以轉枱。然後我哋就晒足成程而嗰張空置嘅二人枱,我哋食咗一大半,成個鐘之後先有人到。咁其實點解唔可以將我哋調過去先,然之後再有人入就安排去我哋本身個位呢?就係因為已經安排晒啲枱?就算係嘅話,將兩張枱對調其實有冇咁難?我哋都係普通一張二人枱,又唔係有啲咩特別settingWaiter係有禮貌嘅,但係服務真係唔係酒店standard, 茶餐廳服務都好過佢, 因為茶記呀酒樓呀,你同佢講太曬太凍etc 都會俾你調位,就算落咗單佢哋咪喺茶記入面大聲講聲1號枱轉2號枱,呢啲都唔係啲咩唔常發生嘅嘢。反而酒店就係有空間嘅情況底下唔俾你調,你哋安排咗個位其實並唔係個顧客concern嘅嘢。酒店服務唔係應該喺個客嘅角度諗嘅咩?我知呢間唔係好高級嘅酒店,個tea set又唔係貴嘢,但係waiter呢個處理手法真係令人失望,同埋搞到我哋餐tea食得好唔
