The pigs ear and duck meat is very good, the pigs ear is very crispy and chewy and has absorbed the taste of the sauce too, and the duck meat is soft and juicy not much fat around it too. The ho jai yuk sui congee is very good, the soup base is very tasty and the congee rice stiffness is just nice, not too hard and not too soft. the minced beef and ho jai is very fresh. The fried assorted starter is very good too, all the things are very crispy and juicy in the middle and not very oily at all. It has prawn meat, vegetable, crab meat and taofu as the four kind starter.
