Went here to take a break from shopping and have a quick snack and some drinks.The Chinese guy with the British accent (I guess he’s the manager/supervisor) is extremely nice and accommodating. His service is world-class standard. Other staff are very rude. It’s unbelievable. When the manager/supervisor went home, the other staff are almost not working and they don’t walk around to check if customers need anything. Other staff are very rude. It’s unbelievable. When the manager/supervisor went home, the other staff are almost not working and they don’t walk around to check if customers need anything. Most of us customers have to stand up and walk to the staff to order or make a request. One waitress was talking on the phone while serving customers. I noticed the other customers were also very annoyed.
