疫情下好耐冇出去食飯,今日就約咗朋友嚟食西餐。依間餐廳應該主打海鮮,我地見好耐冇食過生蠔,就叫咗半打。最令人期待嘅生蠔出現啦,六隻生蠔放係一個好大嘅貝殼碟上面,令到成碟有好grand嘅感覺。生蠔好肥美同鮮甜,好creamy, 有海水味嘅鹹香。另外配埋檸檬同埋其他三款醬汁點。另外叫咗一個pasta同一個main course.西西里醬鮮蟹肉扁意粉見佢係王牌所以點嚟試吓,果然係冇推介錯。苜蓿沙律下面嘅蟹肉都食到蟹肉嘅鮮味。西西里醬扁意粉更加吸引到味蕾,因為蕃茄味香濃, 而且內醬都好足料。另外點左個又係王牌嘅酥炸麒麟魚配叼香草忌廉牛油汁。呢個魚好特別,佢個魚皮係連埋魚鱗一齊炸。估唔到又幾好食,因為佢個皮有埋魚鱗就更加酥脆。牛油汁配埋嫩滑嘅魚肉好好食。
