<伊賀日本燒肉>提供豐盛的放題,美食種類繁多,除了令人垂涎的一口牛肉,還有滿滿的刺身、壽司及炸物等,用平板電腦落單,方便快捷! 我跟友人一邊燒肉,一邊品嚐三文魚、松葉蟹棒刺身,入口新鮮而滑嫰,蟹棒一絲絲,十分鮮甜。點了伊賀一口牛、牛舌及日式五花叉燒,我們先燒五花叉燒,肥油滴在爐端中,令火力更旺盛。五花叉燒肉質爽口,肥膏位置微微焦脆,油香美味。牛舌是柔軟而又帶嚼勁的口感,如果是厚切一點,質感更佳。伊賀一口牛用夾子快炒,讓四邊均勻受熱,燒至嫰紅色,肉質軟嫰,咀嚼幾口牛肉汁已散發口腔! 燒海鮮也同樣精彩,牛油青口是必吃推介,青口受熱後,牛油慢慢變成半溶,青口肉身肥厚,入口是濃濃牛油酥香,加上青口的鮮味,滋味十足。虎蝦燒至蜷縮、鮮紅,蝦肉大顆、彈牙,我們還點了海量的帆立貝,貝身圓厚,鮮味十足,如果有蒜蓉或牛油調配,必更吸引。火炙三文魚壽司是我的最愛,三文魚燒香後,加上滿滿沙律醬,肥美香糯。牛拖羅壽司經輕炙後,牛油相當豐腴,入口窩心。還有辣味玻璃蝦壽司,蝦肉微辣,更具特色;燒玉子卷軟滑、香甜,吃了4片都不夠。炸物選擇好多: 海台多春魚十分酥脆,魚身藏有大量甘香魚籽,啖啖滋味。香芋

炸物選擇好多: 海台多春魚十分酥脆,魚身藏有大量甘香魚籽,啖啖滋味。香芋丸很正,一咬開香芋蓉軟糯、流心,簡單吸引。還有薯格、唐揚草莓雪球、南瓜天婦羅及一口甜薯等,都是脆卜卜又香口,男女老少都喜愛。

燒肉太誘人,必要再來一Round,牛舌和青口必然Encore,還點了洋蔥豬肉片,比一般的油花更密佈,肉質更細膩。最後燒野菜: 冬菇和糖心菠蘿,菠蘿蜜甜多汁,十分解膩。
