To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完銀行㩒機,轉身出來見有間大快樂,而剛剛有人從玻璃門出口離開,我就跟住推門入去諗住食個快趣下午茶,一入去之後就有人話個出入口封左,咁我話唔知道,反正入左來,下次會注意,跟住有個著黑色制服嘅女人一連串向我發炮,但首先錯不在我,我反問若然係封左就封好D為何又比人出而無人阻止?我問該位黑制服女人我係唔係要出番去,佢答得我好快:「咁你唔識字架?…」,我明白價錢平係無服務可言,但作為一個飲食集團,最基本服務態度應該都要有掛,何況係一位相信係管理階層(穿黑制服的)員工。-肚之下離開,這次親身感受到寳林街方多年的無奈。
