Well, as the header says, Schnurrbart is here forever. Opposite the California building, it is small, with 3-4 tables outside on the steep D'Aguilar road. customers seem to be regular. I was there today for Lunch and being a Swiss, I ordered a Veal Sausage. my menu change request to Potato salad instead of roasted ones, was confirmed without hesitation. what came was good but not Michelin star level. For 128 HKG you can not complain. Value for money! The story with the draft beer was different.

The story with the draft beer was different. 3dl for 78 HKG seems to me too much. all imported such as Warsteiner or Jever, but as the waitresses told me-must wait 7 minutes for having set the foam. It arrives after 7 minutes, good. but the bad thing is that your beer is warm after the Holy 7 minutes. I keep it like the Aussies : don't waste your time and serve it ice cold. wondering, how they do on busy weekends if everyone needs to wait 7 minutes for a tinny 3 dl glass? owner might have to push it up to pay his rent
