Came across this resto in WanChai selling fancy salad, wraps and homemade soup

1

Ordered a wrap, drink and small soup

▶️ The peking duck ($72)
So surprised by how huge and filled it was, 2-3x normal size🤯

Filling includes 5-6 slices of roasted duck, lettuce, cucumber, tomato
Roasted duck were tender and smoky!
Salad refreshing🥬
Outer wrapping was chewy and grilled

Sauce was a blend of hummus and some chedder cheese🧀
Loved how it was not heavily sauced but at the same time flavoursome
Doesn’t feel it was ‘too cheesy’ as well, although I cannot seem to taste any hoisin sauce
Would say it was incomparable to the ones in chained coffee shops🤭

▶️ Chicken broccoli soup (+$32)
Has celery, carrots, broccoli and chicken in it
All veggies boiled to soft
Chicken are meaty and not dry🐔
Soup tasted peppery but not too salty
Hearty bowl of soup❣️

▶️ Noah’s creative juice: Apple, banana, lychee, mango juice smoothie (+$23)
0% added sugar and artificial
Could taste the acidity from apple before sweetness of mango and banana🍎
Nice blend tho~

Loved how raw and healthy their food were❤️felt nourished and energized
Who ever said healthy food must be bland and boring must come and try🙂↕️

Although the store is a bit small, their single bar seating is well designed for single go-ers like me🤪
Service was friendly, staff are cheerful
Price was very reasonable, ‘healthy options’ are often overpriced in HK but u can easily come for a meal at under $100✨

Seriously so satisfied with this wrap and soup!
Saw many office workers came here for a salad during lunch, probably their daily to-go
