The worst tasting menu I have ever had

I came a very long way to try this new restaurant, with the expectation of at least a reasonable quality because usually a new restaurant would serve high quality food and that it claims that it is run by the former chef of American Club.
Unfortunately, it is far below my expectation of reasonable quality.
They did not provide foods as stated in the Groupon. Foods such as the clam chowder soup, blue mussel risotto, and rib-eye beef were not provided.
They claimed that the original price was $498. It was not true. They serve the all-you-can-eat menu at the original price of $278. The Groupon tasting menu is not all-you-can-eat because they did not give you the foods after 2 portions even though the portions were extremely tiny (except the noodle pasta).
Soup: The pumpkin soup was cold and had no taste. It was the worst pumpkin soup I have ever had.
Salads:The salads were just Ok. But the portions were very tiny (only one mouthful). After having 2 extremely tiny salads, even though we ordered 2 more, they never came despite chasing for them.
Starters: We ordered only the meat balls and ravioli. For 2 of us, we got only 2 “meat balls” and a few pieces of ravioli. One “meat ball” (they should not be called “balls” because they were not round) was much smaller than the other. The “meat” was extremely chewy. I think they were made of tendons only (no meat at all).
As for the ravioli, the “meat” fillings were made of the same stuff as the “meat balls”. There was no “meat” to eat.
Pasta: We only ordered 1 portion of risotto with prawns. The so called “big prawns” were 2 tiny pieces of frozen prawns (same as those with the salad). There were no asparagus as claimed. The middle part of the rice was raw (I have to emphasize that they were raw, not al dente).
Main: we tried all the 4 available (no beef were provided). All were terrible. The duck was very dry. The so-called roast baby pig was actually pork belly. The skin of the pork belly was hard, and the pork was very fat while the thin layer of lean pork was very dry. The salmon was dry and had not taste (frozen product). The so-called “lamb steak” was a tiny bit (NOT steak as they claimed) of very fatty and chewy lamb meat.
Since the main courses were so tiny and terrible, we ordered one portion of risotto again because we had ordered so little food and were still hungry. But the boss rudely asked us loudly that whether we could finish the risotto. I told him that so far we had ordered only one portion of pasta dish and we could definitely finish the risotto because the portion was so small. But the risotto never came!!! (we had waited for more than one hour!)
The desserts of tart (only 2 choices of tarts) must have been kept in the fridge for a long time. They have the taste of fridge.
Unless you ask for the wine, they never serve you the wine.
We ordered the tea but it never came (we had waited for more than half an hour). We could not put up with the extremely bad service and bad food; we could not wait any longer for the food and paid the bill.
For $240, it is definitely over-priced for the poor food and poor service.
This is the first time I bought Groupon for a tasting menu. Given the very bad experience, I would never buy any more group buy for a tasting menu.
I would like to say a few words to the boss of The Chef Kit. If you don’t want your patrons to order a reasonable amount of food, then DON’T serve all-you –can-eat menu!
We have to leave the restaurant with a half-full stomach because the foods never came. The portions of the foods were extremely tiny (except the noodle pasta which we did not order). You have to know that some customers (like us) ordered only a few items on the menu slips and NOT everything. But you did not allow us to order more of a particular item. NOT EVEN A SECOND PORTION!!!
That is very mean!
