Doraya is one of my favourite sashimi don restaurant in HK!!! When I was young , I came there very frequently. The Tuna sashimi don was very good before.But this time I come, I am very disappointed!!!I ordered this middle toro sashimi with the minced Tuna. The middle toro is not fat enough ... it was quite similar as the normal tuna sashimi ... and it’s sliced so thin as well. I think i won’t come there again .
